As a local business, I am in awe of how the staff here runs this place, in particular the woman with glasses that works there. Very very rude. Literally threw a fit because I disturbed her Netflix to buy a box, even went as far as lying to me and saying they don’t sell any large boxes just to get me to leave her alone, I pointed to the box sitting against the floor right in front of us and she about lost it. She is extremely rude and this place has Permanently lost my business as long as this woman is running the counter. I’d steer clear, and whomever owns this business please wake up and realize this woman is ruining your storefront.

Woman working was nasty and had an attitude problem. Didn't want to be bothered with a quote. Whoever owns this business should fire her. If she owns it hopefully they are losing money and goes out of business soon!

Completely useless no help no customer service cursing and hanging up on customers isn’t a way to conduct yourself calling UPS corporate to let them know as this by no means indicative of the UPS brand priority1 is less than garbage

I brought two different packages to Priority 1 shipping, one was delivered to its destination and the other package, which was obvious that it was expensive Corinthian Bells chime have mysteriously disappeared and FedEx is claiming they never picked them up from Priority 1 Shipping and yes you guessed it, Priority 1 Shipping says, they remember seeing the chimes, but don't know what happened to them. Of course, Priority 1 Shipping owner says that his employee is honest. That is always something someone immediately says, that has no intention of even investigating why the package is missing. Of course, I am out the money for the product and shipping cost, because FedEx claims they never picked it up, because it did not get scanned, like the other shipping package, I left in Priority 1 Shipping hands. I can't say that I have ever had a problem at this place before, but then again, I think it was owned by others in the past.
