Easy check in with text link. Still had a bit of a wait once there. The facility seemed clean and the technician was very pleasant. No issues.

I used to like this particular Quest location, but within the last year or so it is a chore to utilize them. In my last three visits - over the course of the last three years - I have waited over an hour, then about 30-mins, and just yesterday (at 8am no less) 15-mins.
I'm sure there are reasons such as staff shortages and certainly overbooking, but something should be done - it's not convenient anymore to come to this location. I gave them one more chance, now I'll try one of their other offices before I simply use the faciliies at one of local hospitals.

I have been going to that Quest office for years. In the past it has been awful... long waits never having my Dr. orders a real mess. This visit was perfect fast clean wonderful lady that helped me. Seem you all have really stepped up your game.

I had an appointment for my blood work. I checked in online when I arrived. I was a few minutes early. I went inside and after a short wait I was called right in. The Titusville Location is the best.

Quest overbooks more than staff can accommodate. Hour wait time. 3 techs and 54 angry patients in lobby. Not enough chairs for some. Staff were great despite the load.

I wish I wasn't too tired to remember the name of the lady who took care of me. She was amazing!!! I have very small veins, I bruise easily, and whenever I get blood work, I'm usually very anxious. She made me feel very at ease, and I can't even tell I got blood work done the day of or after. Absolutely no bruising at all! I'm actually highly surprised because that's never happened. I've been to many other Quest locations and never had an experience as amazing as I did yesterday morning.

It was quick and easy process. From the moment I checked in to leaving it was a good experience. The lady who helped me was named Ester and she took great care of me. She was kind and very thoughtful. I would definitely go back in case I need to get more lab works done.

Donna at Quest Diagnostics in Titusville is the first person in years to stick me and get my vein in the first try, that alone made my experience wonderful. She was also professional and kind. Highly recommend this location!

I am well remembered there. They took great care of me. Very friendly. No pain this time drawing blood. I will be back again next month for more doctor ordered blood work. Quest is the best in my area
