Order Palmer brushing set for 1988 IROC z28 5.7 liter. Missing parts for front and rear sway bar. The front control arms bushings where 40 thousands to big. So make sure to get your parts out before there 60 day policy. Our good luck spent a lot of money and still plan on spending a lot of money on my car. Won't be using them for any of my needs again. I do not won't you to email my phone you will be put in spam thanks.

I placed an order for a pair of leaf springs for my Camaro on 3/13/23. On 3/29/23 I called to check on the status of my order. The representative on the phone stated they were in stock in Titusville and would ship that day. On 3/30/23 I called back for tracking number and was told my order was cancelled and refunded ! I needed the part so a new order was generated for a PAIR of leaf springs. This was Thursday 3/30/23 . The next day, Friday 3/31/23 one spring arrived . I immediately called Eckler’s and explained what happened. I was promised the other spring would be shipped same day and arrive Saturday 4/1/23 . I spent the better part of Saturday morning on the phone trying to get tracking info only to be finally told by a supervisor that it did not ship. So Monday comes and I am now promised delivery by Tuesday. Tuesday I requested to cancell the order and was told it could not be cancelled because it shipped already. A supervisor named George issued a refund and said I could keep the pair of springs when they arrived as a sign of good will. It took 12 hours to get from Titusville to Orlando via tracking and then got delayed until Wednesday 4/5/23 . Throughout this order I spent numerous hours on the phone and spoke to no less than a dozen different people all who promised they could help resolve this. None of them did. I received a text Wednesday at 530 pm from FedEx stating my parts were delivered. I called FedEx at 540 to let them know I did not receive any delivery at 530 . They said they would look into this. I never heard back from FedEx or Ecklars. I never received the replacement springs ! BUYER BEWARE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE ! There are too many other companies out there to do business with that take pride in what they do.

At one time Ricks/Ecklers provided good service, but that seems to have changed. I ordered several items, which indicated in stock. A week later no email and no shipping info. They just let it slip into a black hole. I called, was told both items were back ordered. I cancelled. I politely told the representative on the phone that the reason I'm cancelling instead of waiting for the parts is because of 2 reasons. First, the wen site indicated in stock. Second, nobody bothered to communicate that both items were on back order. I suggested that my feedback be given to "the boss". I could tell by her tone that she couldn't care less, and I'm sure my feedback will not be given in the interest in improving customer service..

No stars if I could. Called and spoke to Debbie to confirm crate motor availability. She called the company and confirmed time frame. Motor ordered on the website and email confirmation received. 2 days later rep from AR emails and states I need to wire funds instead of CC and she cant confirm the delivery. I called motor company, Summitracing, Jegs all can confirm approx motor delivery. Heck, their own order rep Debbie can confirm it, but AR lady Allison cant. Wires provide no protection, my CC does, yet Ecklers/Ricks refuses to accept CC for motors. (not noted anywhere on the site or order process). What a clown show.

My order has been processing for 30 days ~ My order has not even been shipped!! However, It took them 5 minutes to take the $272.00 out of my bank account. I have emailed customer service twice ~ it took over 2 weeks for the first response and I am still waiting for the second response. I called and was on hold for 45 minutes ~ no one ever came to the phone. The next time I called I went to a different department besides customer service and the gentlemen told me that he saw my order. If my order does not go out of "processing" in the next few days I am going to dispute the charges with my credit card company. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered leaf springs for my 68 Camaro back in May. I rrecieved the leaf spring conversation kit right away. I still havnt recieved the springs.I have tried calling several times waiting on the phone for two hours . If you call sales you can get through right away but they cant help me! Its funny they sold me the parts. And to top it off a repeated message telling me all about there out standing service department. I have used this company for many years.I guess like many companies they forgot good company service!

My father and I have been in the restoration business for 40+ years. Ordered two parts from Ricks Camaro’s; the first one showed up and half the parts were NOT as described. (Not pressure fitted hoses/lines) the second part never showed up. I emailed (multiple times) for the status update: two weeks later they say it’s supposed to ship by the end of the week, I asked to cancel the second part of the order. Then conveniently they create a shipping label (although it still hasn’t shipped) and proceed to say they can’t cancel the order because it’s been shipped. Devious and untrustworthy business practices!!

Terrible if ANY customer service. They have billed me FOUR times for something I’ve never received with no invoice of what I’m being billed for. On hold multiple time for hours at a time and then have also been hung up on. Do NOT order from these people. Fair warning.

Ordered front and rear springs and hardware for a customer"s 69 Camaro.Did not receive the rear leafs, Spent over an hour on hold and no response from email. Terrible customer service, or I should say NO service.Cancelled this order and bought from a speed shop that appreciates their customers.

i would leave less then one star if i could the worst customer service i have ever had i guess they don't need to sell products to stay in business not only do they not want to answer basic questions they hung up on me when i asked how long it would take to pick up an order before i would order it
