The staff was polite and courteous. They greeted me as soon as I went inside the dealership. My salesman Timothy was helpful and responsive over the phone and in person. I’m very satisfied with the service provided so far and the vehicle. Roger made the paperwork at the end quick and easy. This is my first GMC experience. The truck looks and drives great. I’m impressed on how nice the GMC product is. I’m glad I gave Ron Norris GMC an opportunity to earn my business and I look forward to dealing with them in the future.

I'm so pleased with the service department. I called and told them a tail light had gone out and Kim said I could come in right away. 45 minutes later I was out the door with a new bulb at a very reasonable price. Lavar was professional and kind. I will definitely go back for future work.

I had written a novela (google character count cut me short) about my experience with Ron Norris GMC. Out of kindness, here is the TL:DR Amazing company that has gone above and beyond for me and my husband since 2017. I will never buy another car or have it serviced anywhere else. If you want to know why, read on.My first contact with Ron Norris GMC was in 2017. My husband was in a car accident our car was totaled. We were a one car family so needed a new car immediately. We ended up at Ron Norris looking for a car. Where we Met Jonathon. Who helped us chose a car with no high pressure sales. Not long after we experienced a problem with our vehicle. It was a serious fault but intermittent so hard to find. After they did find it, it took another 3 - 4 months as they attempted to track down the cause of the fault. Jason and the service department stayed with it and never washed their hands of us because it was too costly or time intensive for them to continue.I bought another Buick from a dealership that was not Ron Norris in December 2022. In June 13, 2023 I was caught in a flash flood in my Buick. My car sustained water damage, the engine was hydro locked. I filed a claim with my insurance and followed the instructions of my agent/loss adjuster so I could get it repaired or have it totaled asap. My insurance company decided they were going to be jerks and do the least amount of help possible for me. They were not helpful, I could not even get my car moved/towed somewhere for repairs. I was in a real spot. I was paying a lot of money for a car I could not drive. So my husband went into Ron Norris and spoke with the General Manager Scott out of desperation. I did not think they would help because we bought the car from another dealership. Scott surprised me and told my husband, "You are a buick owner, a long time customer, you are our customer and we will take care of you." He immediately made arrangements to have our car towed to their lot. It was on their lot in two hours time after sitting for days in front of my house with water damage, electric windows down, and no power to close the windows.Here is where the real saga begins, getting it repaired. Ron Norris towed it to the lot they began dealing with my insurance company on my behalf. Shannon in service began communicating with my insurance about repairs. The insurance customer service were so awful to her, that she contacted the insurance corporate office on my behalf and asked for them to send out an adjuster. After the insurance company sent out an adjuster they then dragged their feet again on repairs, what they would or would not cover under the claim. It was a miserable experience both for me and the Ron Norris service department. The insurance company made it as inconvenient and painful as possible for Ron Norris service department, myself and husband and anyone else who came into contact with my insurance claim. It took 3 months to finally get my car repaired. For the second time, Jason and Shannon worked their butts off for us and and AGAIN they probably lost money on the repairs, given the time and effort they had to expend to get it fixed for us.My experience with my insurance company was terrible but Ron Norris were my saviors. They went above and beyond during this ordeal. I am not family to anyone in the dealership or a close personal friend to anyone there. I am no one special. We have simply been buying cars and having them repaired at Ron Norris since 2017. I never expected to receive loyalty from a business. Ron Norris have earned my loyalty because of what they have done for us on multiple occasions. Honest or dishonest business dealings start at the top and trickle down the chain of command. Owner, manager, team leadership, department members, and mechanics. It is very obvious what kind of dealership Ron Norris is. I would imagine you could expect the same level of care and consideration from any other Ron Norris owned company. Thank you Scott, Jason, Shannon, Jonathon, the Ron Norris service depart and mechanics.

The service department is terrible. I leave messages for return calls and they are seldom returned.I’ve had my truck in for the same issue 3 times and the forth time I never received a call back. I was able to schedule an appointment 2 months out but decided to take my business elsewhere.I would consider another dealership before going to Ron Norris GMC service department.

Tim King was very knowledgeable, helpful and great to work with. He had all the paperwork in order for us and the process took no time. Tim even followed up a few days later to see how we were doing with the new vehicle. We would recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a car.

We bought a GMC terrain from them with a extended warranty we where told the warranty was for the life of the loan it went into low power mode we brought it back in we where told it was the timing Chain they “fixed” charging us 3,500$ I drove it 2 1/2 hours to Miami got back and it started doing the same thing this is the 3rd time in for the same problem my wife’s father passed away and we where out of state and told they won’t warranty there bad work because we drove it to Miami and went to my wife’s father’s funeral we wanted a second opinion from a mechanic I’ve known for over 15 years found out today. They deleted all the codes so no one else can fix I believe it’s to cover up that they never replace the timing. That’s being checked now I will update everything from buying this LEMON to getting it repaired at this dealership has been a nightmare every time I called to find out about my truck I was told the guy was at lunch. It could’ve been 8 in the morning 3 in the afternoon magically at lunch when I call not returning my call for days on end I bought my other car and my sons car through caravan and it was the best experience they repaired everything on it they gave me 2 year warranty FREE unlike GMC I paid for THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING A VEHICLE

I walked in just to look at the Buick Encore GX on my way home from Okeechobee to Ormond Beach because I was considering a small SUV and I am loyal to the Buick brand. Jim Buckman walked over and introduced himself and we test drove one. I wasn't ready to buy at that time but he left a great impression on me that once I decided to buy, a week later, I drove the hour to Titusville to give him my business. I was introduced to George, the sales manager, and just knew these guys were just good folks that I felt very comfortable negotiating a deal with. I recently bought an Envision Avenir from Ritchey Buick in Daytona Beach for my wife and had a feeling of just being a number to them. I am very pleased at the way both Jim and George presented a deal with me. This is the way I grew up with a firm handshake and complete trust. I so much appreciate these guys! Hard to find in today's world! Thanks to you both, I am strongly recommending your dealership to anyone who asks.

Tim was great to deal with, straight forward and Jack in finance was great.Only issue was 2 days after taking my new truck home I have to take back to garage to fix issue with running board opening and closing thru out drive.Truck rides nice and know the dealership will fix properly.

Though I didn't like that I couldn't get my 2020 Envision repaired for three weeks, Ron Norris Buick/GMC agreed to take the car so it could repaired during the first available appointment. Additionally, General Manager Scott Schuler got us a vehicle to use temporarily. My 2020 Envision was repaired and back to me in less than a week. Good job Ron Norris Buick/GMC!

I was not looking forward to the purchase of a new vehicle at all; however, Jonathan G at Ron Norris Buick GMC made the experience and entire process better than expected. The invoice upon arrival reflected exactly what was discussed over the phone and text. Jonathan was honest, patient, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly without being pushy at all. He clearly understood exactly what I was looking for and found the perfect vehicle for me. He also took the time to educate me on the new technology in my new vehicle and I felt comfortable driving off. Additionally, Roger was wonderful and efficient when it came time to wrap up the paperwork and payment. I would definitely recommend them both and the RN Buick GMC dealership without reservation. Lastly, I ordered a few accessories (super easy on their myGMC app) and I especially liked saving a delivery charge by picking them up from the service dept. Thank you!
