A recent visit to Sherwin-Williams in Titusville left me disenchanted and appalled. My wife and I stood patiently waiting at the counter as the only store attendant emerged from the back room. To our utter disbelief, our presence was completely ignored. The attendant proceeded to assist another customer who not only entered after us but blatantly cut in front of us.Such blatant disregard for basic courtesy is a glaring stain on the store's reputation. It reflects poorly not only on their service but also on their entire product line. This experience has irreversibly tarnished my perception of the company.I urge anyone considering Sherwin-Williams for their paint or supplies to reconsider. There are competitors who value and respect their customers, attributes clearly absent here. I will actively recommend alternative stores to ensure others are not subjected to such disrespectful treatment.The absence of simple civility and customer care is utterly unacceptable. My experience serves as a stark reminder that a company's success hinges on exceeding customer expectations. Sadly, Sherwin-Williams in Titusville has fallen dramatically short in this regard. We will never return, and I strongly recommend others avoid them as well.

They were able to match paint from a 1" square paint chip I had managed to pry off of the wall. It was a perfect match!

The associate that helped me order my paint over the phone was very helpful. I was especially thankful that they have curbside pickup to help me keep my family and myself safe, as well as reducing the risk for spreading the virus.Updating 7/21/23-The store is obviously fully reopened, and the staff inside is just amazing. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. Love this location!

I love the paint quality at Sherwin Williams. The paint I wanted was not available in the 5 gallon bucket but I ordered it and it should be in soon.

Was trying to get a paint match this morning and was being helped by Steven where I walked in I told him I needed either flat or eggshell and he tells me he'll mix me up eggshell when that mix doesn't work we try to mix up a flat mat and I see the other jars he mixed is Satin then Steve tries to tell me that satin and eggshell are the same paint be careful when you go here you might not be getting what you asked for ended up wasting over an hour of my time which in turn put me back about a half a day and time is money my friends

Seven months ago I came into this store looking for ceilipaing. The woman behind the counter set me up with a flat white in the green lable. Fast forward to seven months later, last week... walked into the store with the paint can to match from seven months ago. Stood at the counter and saw the employee thru the back room door standing and chatting. After a few minutes of being completely ignored (no "hello, be with you in a minute") I loudly said "hey, can I get some help". The response was shouted from the back room "yeah, when I'm done". I turned and asked the only other person in the front of the store if they had been helped and the other customer said yes, but it took awhile. After hearing the woman associate in the back laughing and having a good time with a male associate, they both came up to the front counter from the back room. Very rudely was asked "what do you need"... one more can of this ceiling paint. She typed for a moment and then said "we don have that". OK, do I need to ordering or go to another store? "No we don't carry it anymore" The male association who I find out is the manager of that store was leaning on the paint shaker machine like he was so exhausted that he need it to hold him up tells me, without looking at the computer or the paint lable "yeah, we don't make that anymore"... I ask how it's only 7 months old, do you have any other suggestions? The manager of the cheney highway store replied "nope". So I left and will never buy anything from this company again. The staff at that store were rude, lazy and literally offered no help. I am curious to call another Sherwin Williams to see if the paint has really been discontinued across the globe. Manager Joseph C was unprofessional and quite rude.

Not sure if they want to sell paint or just stay on the phone. We were ready to buy paint to start our home. No help at all the 2 girls stayed in the back room. And the man out front stayed on the phone. Went to lowes to get paint. I'll never recommend that store or go in there again.
