Vicki saved my life! I was having problems with my storage lock and just as I started looking for help, I met Vicki while she was cleaning the storage area. She quickly found me a new unit and immediately made the transition. I am so grateful to her for solving my problem quickly!

2 units with this location. I have been trying (without success) to reach someone in the office while out of state dealing with a parent's death/estate. Got hung up on by customer service and sales 2x. got a text saying my unit access is restricted. Apparently the cost went up!?!? I never had any notice and i need to speak w someone asap. I have left multiple messages as well. Please respond!

Public Storage will double the price from one month to the next. I started paying $34. Two years in I'm already over $80 dollars a month. It's insane
