Had to put my sweet Bella down, the tech and Dr. were beyond compassionate. Sympathetic to my emotions. No pushing to do tests that would not have helped. I didn't care about expense, but was surprised at how reasonable and humane they are. I will recommend them for any furbaby parent.

I really like this vet! They took good care of my kitties, gave good suggestions, did not push any expensive stuff on us, and my one cat actually liked the vet tech (this never happens).

My experience at Singleton Avenue Animal Hospital has been difficult. I brought my cat, Isabelle, in after a traumatic incident for an X-ray to check for internal injuries. I was clear about my financial constraints and only authorized the X-ray, expecting a call with the results before any further treatment. However, I was later informed that additional treatments had been performed without my consent, resulting in a larger bill than I was prepared for. While I appreciate the care Isabelle received, I was disappointed by the lack of communication and consent regarding treatment costs."

Dr. Sprock was wonderful! He retired and sold the practice. The new Vet is indifferent, apethetic, uncaring, and showed little to no compassion when referring to my dog's eyes. He said, "Oh just have them taken out he'll be fine" as if we were discussing a haircut. We will never go back there. We miss Dr. Sprock and his staff terribly, however.

Unfortunately, Dr. Sproc retired before our appointment. We took our dog in for standard shots and a minor issue of itching. $3500 later our pet was instantly misdiagnosed with Leptospirosis and in the process her liver was almost destroyed by all the meds. It was a difficult decision for us to make to stop all meds and re-evaluate, but that’s what saved her. We now have a “common sense “ doctor and our pup is happy again. Scary place for us. Sorry for your luck Singleton on this review, but I doubt you care since you haven’t even called since rushing us out of your office during your paranoid behavior. Nothing bad to say about the staff by the way.

Staff is wonderful! Our typical vet office isn’t taking appointments right now so we had to make the switch. Very happy to have found a caring and thorough vet who has taken the time to help us with a difficult dog with multiple ailments. Our boy, Lynyrd, has made such a wonderful recovery (he hasn’t played with his brother in yearssss) because of everyone in this office, especially Dr. Imbriale, thank you so much!

Our aging dog has issues and we are not able to pay for expensive procedures. The doctors here are understanding and willing to help us keep her comfortable and happy for as long as possible. This is invaluable.

Single Animal Hospital under new ownership, charged me over $300 for and annual examination for my healthy dog. I had to go to the Sheriff office to get the Rabies tag as they could not provide it for another charge at the Sheriff's department. Now I requested that they respond to Pets Meds request for a prescription and I am told that "These Vets do not do online Meds". That they have no FAX and will not give authorization over the phone. DO NOT GO THERE. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND NOT LOOKING FOR YOUR PETS BEST INTEREST ONLY THEIR OWN POCKET BOOKS. SHAME ON YOU SINGLETON ANIMAL HOSPITAL. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND HOPE NO ONE ELSE EVER DOES THAT LOVES THEIR PETS.

This hospital has a new vet. Dr Sprock retired, hence all the great reviews for him and not the new vet. This review is for the new vet and clinic. I was a new patient in March 2024. I'm not totally displeased with this clinic because they very quickly were able to pinpoint what was going on with my 11 year old dog. They referred us to 3 places for an ultrasound, one being their sister clinic in Orlando (Salazar). Once we checked out and left the vet, they never followed up with us. My husband had a lot of questions as he was not able to be at the appointment and those questions never got answered. The vet nor clinic never followed up with us to ask how my dog was, nor to ask if we got an ultrasound. You would think they would care even just a little about a sick and dying dog. I wanted to so badly like this place because the reviews were great, but unfortunately we will not be returning.

Even though Dr. Sprock is no longer there the staff that has been there forever is still there. They are all very nice and patient, understanding and more then willing to help in any way they can. You can see they all love animals and treat each patient as their own pet. The new Dr is very nice and explains things very well.

Today was my first visit with the new Veterinarians after Dr. Sproc’s retirement. I enjoy the office is now going paperless & you can pay in the room. The exam was thorough & informative, he explained my options & was not pushy & supported my decisions but also explained the risks. I look forward to this new team taking care of my animals in the future.

We were happy with the care we received on our first puppy visit. The staff and Doctor are very personable and helpful. We weren't expecting the price to be so high. If we did everything they recommended it would have cost $440. We declined some services and ended up paying around $260.
