It was the worst chocolate milkshake I have ever had the displeasure of tasting. The chocolate flavoring lacked any sense of authenticity. It was one of those occasions in which I had the unsettling feeling that if I were truly aware of what was in that which I was consuming and could prove its composition, I would have grounds for extensive litigation. I wanted real banana added to the milkshake due to the fact that their menu board advertised the availability of such. I was informed that real banana was no longer available. Business integrity inherently involves aligning one's products with one's advertising, with the understanding that occasional supply complications can occur. Looking back, it would have been a waste of a banana to add it to such an unpalatable shake. I have never been a fan of Sonic's main food menu, but I have enjoyed their icecream products in the past. With my most recent experience, I have lost my only remaining incentive to further patronize them.

One experience and it was good. Ordered via app. Food was correct even with special requests. Used drive thru- didn't have to wait as the girl brought it out the side door. Happy service.

I used to work at this sonic. Horrible employment team. Horrible environment. They were grilling burgers on temporary flattop burners for weeks because the grills were broken. Leaks everywhere. Bathrooms never properly functioning. Google sonic health inspections, they haven’t had a clear one in years.Managers stealing carhop tips while counting wallets was a common issue. Carhops are to get their wallets counted by a manager at end of shift and are instructed to put their cash tips in there as well to be handed back to them after counting. I can’t tell you how many times I was told I made no tips by a manager after a great night of tips. I noticed then that I was being stolen from by multiple supervisors and managers. They also do not legally account for cash tips in shop. I as well as other coworkers began to hold my tips separate from my wallet to assure they wouldn’t be stolen.As for my most irritating issue… W-2s are legally required to be issued by end of january, I have not received mine yet. Feb 9 2024. As well as I have been calling on repeat everyday of February so far. I can imagine they are letting the phone ring to end just as they did, and instructed all employees to do, while I was employed. I hate making complaints like this… however with tax season coming up, I cannot, and will not let this go on any longer. I will raise as much fire as I need to reprimand this company for the way they treat their employees. Do better sonic. I need my w-2

This is the worst sonic I have ever been too the service is terrible waiting in drive thru for 49 minutes while a car is getting 20 burgers in stead of having them pull up 10 cars left drive thru with no food the manager needs to be fired the store is run down no ketchup or napkins my brownie milkshake was vanilla ice cream in a cup just terrible I wanted to rate them -10 I would never go there again horrible.

i don’t even know why i still come here i hate this place and even the management is rude. don’t come here if you want good service. unless you have mike in the window don’t expect anything out of this establishment. i try to give it a chance every once in a while to see if it changes but yet they haven’t. again, kudos to mike (tattooed guy) in the window, he is a blessing to this place and he needs to take his niceness where they’ll actually appreciate it.

Horrible, disrespectful customer service, extremely long wait times sat here for over 30 minutes while everybody eles is coming and going with there food, if you push the call button they ignore you... they can't even make your order correct, they will sit there with there microphones on while talking trash about the customers who are spending there hard earned money here.... maybe you should hire a boss and all new employees who are going to run the business appropriately. This has been ridiculous for far too long!!! Corporate will be getting a phone call.
