DK is the best of the best! Highly recommend going to her specifically for service and any questions she knows Spectrum service phones it all. She explained and helped my dad and I out so much. She is amazing! Very patient and helped more than words. Thanks again DK!

DK (Donna) is absolutely amazing ! I am a new spectrum customers and DK has been very patient, understanding and explained everything regarding my new setup in ways I can understand being a Senior it’s usually difficult for me to make changes but with her help I’m now saving money !!

I came into the store tonight (1/4/24) to pay my bills and was greeted by DK. She pulled up my account and instead of letting me just pay my bills, she said that she could save me money on my bill. I was upgraded to better internet and got the spectrum essentials package with xumu. I came out paying $10 less for all of that then when I didn’t have that. I wanted to recognize DK for the above and beyond service she provided to me. She deserves a raise and to be acknowledged for her exceptional customer service in helping me save money when I didn’t even know that there were options to do so. She took pride and saving me money and that made me very happy. $10 may not seem a lot to one but to me it is. I’ve come in there numerous times to pay my bill and was never provided the options to even save money. Thank you so much DK. I appreciate you and how you help clients save money.

I've recently had a rather unpleasant experience with the incessant mass mailings from Spectrum. The constant influx of SPAM mail letters has become a significant annoyance, and I felt compelled to share my frustration here.The inconvenience lies not only in dealing with the hassle of transferring these unwanted letters from the mailbox to the recycling bin but also in the environmental impact of such practices. In a world that is increasingly focused on sustainability, it's disheartening to see Spectrum contributing to unnecessary waste with its relentless mailings.Requests to be removed from their mailing list have been unsuccessful, as the unwanted letters persist. If this continues, I encourage others to mark this junk mail as "Return To Sender."It's disappointing when a company, especially one like Spectrum, doesn't prioritize the preferences and concerns of its recipients, particularly when it comes to environmental issues. I hope Spectrum takes this feedback seriously and considers more eco-friendly and customer-centric practices moving forward.

Since they changed their focus to selling cell phones and such it takes way to long to get your regular business done now. They raised their rates for no extra services. You actually check in like you are at the DMV. And the seating is well not much. I think trying to compete with the cell phone companies is actually hurting their cable business.

Clean inside store with a lot of options. I was a new customer and was very pleased with the service I received from the personnel at the register. My prices are perfect and service at home is definitely worth it.
