“I definitely would recommend Budget in Titusville. I had an issue with a local Hertz dealer here in town. The lady was so nasty and rude to me with my reservation so I called Mike at Budget and he immediately took care of me. I needed at least an SUV and he found me one and it was NICE! I was on the road within a few hours. I have always had great experiences with Mike at Budget and I will never rent from anyone else again. Thanks Mike for putting a smile on my family's face!”

“The employees and store manager get 5 Stars. It always seems to take a while to rent a truck at U-Haul so that should be expected. This place is quicker than many others, and they work as fast as they can. All of the employees are very helpful and nice. 3 stars for the storage units. I love these units, they are old vans that have been repurposed. Very convenient location for me. Unfortunately, because this storage facility is so small, parking outside my unit often blocks people from driving by so I'm constantly getting asked to move when I'm there. Other times there are trucks and trailers in my way. It can get to be a pain at times. Also, the storage manager is not very accommodating. I had problems with my unit door which were ignored for a long time until I finally made a scene due to damaged items inside. I was compensated some, but not fully. So I lost several hundred dollars because of the neglect of the storage manager. I also end up paying a late fee every month because she's unwilling to change my payment date to a better time of the month for me ...only 6 days difference but she refuses. Expect to get a lock on your unit if you are more than 6 days late on payment. So that's something for you to consider before renting here. Storage unit fee is approx $190/month at the time of this review.”

“Not to discredit what others might have Experienced in the past, however, my experience was far from the others. In fact, after reading the reviews on this location I was extremely worried that I was not gonna have a Truck and/or I was not going to get good service If I even got service at all.When I arrived I was greeted kindly, not hounded for additional services and the truck had already been checked over and was ready to go. The employee knew the location that I was going to and even asked me to tell an employee at the other location hello when I got there and wished me a safe journey.I was going to give this review 4 stars because they did not have a Dolly for me to rent and the location is kinda sketch.... But those are ultimately things that are out of their control and I felt they deserved to have a 5 star Review in light of all the other reviews. (I also did not reserve a dolly, it was a last minute thought.)Long story short, friendly and quick service that is located in a run down shopping mall where half of the stores are closed down.”
