I was directed, in the end, to a total of four possible trucks to rent; three of the four had check engine lights, the fourth smelled like funky feet. I ended up losing almost a half day of revenue as a result of having to take the time to hunt for so many vehicles. I filed a formal complaint for a refund and was denied; I was told by the customer service person that whoever had denied my claim, had basically checked out all the vehicles and nothing major was wrong with him, and if there was something wrong, it was minor; even the one that I said smelled, they said it did not; I had to ask to find all this out. Plain and simple, I will never, rent from them again.

hustled to put more gas in after we did put the amount we left on...20 miles total trip fuel 30.00 to go 20 miles... plus the rental 59.00 turned it back less than 3 hours

My brother and I had reservations to pick up a small in town truck at 10am and ended up getting out of there almost at 11am at this particular day they had the two Lacy working guys off all time there they were trying to avoid the customers at all times, at all the u-haul i been and believe me a lot ,all the way from Miami,Orlando etc.this one in Titusville was the winner. Since it was Sunday I forgive them maybe they had a rough Saturday night

I am writing today in order to make a formal complaint to Uhaul. I rented a $19.95 10ft rental truck for in town service for 2 to 3 hours this past Tuesday. I was charged almost $300 for this rental. First of all, I feel as though a crime was committed against me as they tried to steal over $250 from me, which is petty theft. When I called to make a correction, I was treated extremely poorly by the representative who refused to say uhaul had made a mistake. I get it. Mistakes happen. But this man was committed to belittling me and making it seem like I did something wrong. When he finally called the uhaul facility, they said that my uhaul had 300 miles on it, which is impossible. I feel very used and like this company is criminal. Moving is hard and you made it harder. So now my family is out $300 for a week when my money should have been immediately refunded and for how I was treated and the huge mistake they made. I refuse to be treated this way that your customer service representative felt he could treat me, along with all of the workers at the Titusville Garden Street Uhaul store. This was unacceptable service.

I’ve rented U Haul trailers here 4 years, ‘without a hitch’ so to speak (no punt intended)...Until my LAST RENTAL!Rented a (24 hr) pick up truck. Did complete walk around 4 damages, scratches etc.Due to unforeseen circumstances (the helpers cancelled - last minute) truck was never used. Matter of fact? It literally sat in driveway all night (I live alone), & truck returned the next morning! After taking truck keys in, picked up my car and drove home.Sounds simple enough, huh?Several days later I got a call from U Haul saying the passengers side had been wrecked and a EIGHT HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLAR BILL WAS OWED!!Unbeknownst to me? They had ALREADY taken ALMOST FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS FROM MY ACCOUNT... and asking for the other THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS TOO!!Adding insult to injury...U Haul TRIED FOUR MORE TIMES...IN ONE DAY to get the rest... causing bank account to be overdrawn and bank charged another HUNDRED AND TWENTY DOLLARS?!?!Over the next couple days they CONTINUED TRYING TO WITHDRAW various AMOUNTS (from $50.00 and up), causing me to CLOSE MY ACCOUNT in order to stop them from withdrawing AND OVERDRAWING my bank account!It gets even BETTER:After MANY ATTEMPS to call their main office and given NINE DIFFERENT SUPERVISORS names... only to be told “We have nobody here by that name” OR “They’re on vacation... but you can try back in 2 weeks when they return” AND ‘DISCONNECTED PHONE NUMBERS’

Worst uhaul rental center ever! The employees are not properly trained and extremely rude. Also the manager Alex Hazel does not care about properly training his employees or fixing their mistakes, especially when they charge you twice. He will not listen to you or own up to their mistakes and rudely hangs up and will not take your call to have the problem fixed. When issues arise in store, instead of handling the problem he will run to the back. The customer service he provides is the worst I have ever experienced. This used to be a great place but with Alex as the manager I will never go back or refer anyone.

3/5/2021 Just picked up 26' truck tonight for moving day tomorrow at 7a..m. ...pulled away fr Garden St location and truck sounds like BEARING PROBLEMS.....OMG....officeJUST CLOSED AT 8 AND PROBLEMS STARTED AT808 PM.....NO ONE ANSWERING PHONE...PANICKING!! SO WHO CHECKED THIS TRUCK OUT???!!!!!WOW...charging arm and leg and we hv PROBLEMS LEAVING THE LOT!!!

I had reserved a van online 3 days before for a weekend move. Went to pick it up Saturday morning and the van was nowhere to be found! I can't say it was this location's fault, but it sure made my moving schedule go way off schedule! I had to go elsewhere to get another van!

We all know moving is hectic, this move was not the exception. The team at uhaul on garden st. In titusville were awesome. I had a few hiccups along the way and they assisted @ every chance. I wouldnt hesitated to return and do business again.
