I gave a 10 for Debbie, because I came in with a boxes that were going to take some time to ship. All individual shipments.
I fumbled upon my own address and spelling of names. Debbie was playful and funny with the task at hand. She is a good example of how to handle a difficult or long task!

I normally have a great experience at this UPS Store but apparently, a female employee at this was not having a good day today. I was on the wrong side of the register and she moved my parcel from the wrong side, to the scale side and slammed my very tiny parcel on to the scale, she then quickly and miserably reminded me that the parcel was to be on the scale side of the register.When I asked her if she was having a bad day she replied with a very stern bold voice “ It’s Monday” and then proceeds to treat me with a sarcastic tone as she handed me my receipt and told me to have a nice day. This episode is very unfortunate and completely unnecessary and perhaps a little customer education and training is in order..👀

Cheyenne always has at least 20 people in line and also lined up outside. Many times she is working the counter alone. I come in about 2x per month with an Amazon return, and have noticed she is always professional and moves the line quickly. The store is always clean, the return bins are kept away behind the counter and self service supplies are kept stocked. This place is very well run—you should take good care of these employees or they might leave you for work at the Space Center.
