“From the moment we drove onto the property, HOP representatives were very professional, friendly and helpful. They have no pressure salesmen who go above and beyond. For example, looking for a cord so my son could listen to music, through his phone, in the car. We had concerns about the car and was offered a 60 day warranty on engine and transmission. We had the vehicle checked out about a week after buying the car. The car is in excellent condition, except the battery was low. And HOP went above and beyond and replaced the battery!!! The same day. HOP replaced the battery without charging us. So if you have any doubt about buying a vehicle from HOP, stop the doubting and go down and purchase a vehicle. You only go wrong if you go someplace else for your next vehicle purchase.”
