“I just left here. I went in for a few items but there are so many cute things I grabbed more than my hands could carry. I figured instead of grabbing a basket I’ll just proceed to checkout but a worker named Spencer came up to me and nicely asked if I’d like a basket. I said yes (feeling silly/lazy I hadn’t just gone and got one) I continued shopping for odds and ends near the checkout since I had free hands haha and then at the register I checked out and I had purchased two dog beds ($7 each and Disney by the way) I didn’t realize that they had bags large enough and Spencer came and offered me a large bag as well. It wasn’t pushy or felt like I was being watched it was genuine customer service and it was really a great help after running errands all day!! So thank you Spencer for ending my day of shopping with a smile!”
