Do not use this 3rd party retailer.
When you make changes and add lines/phones, you are doing them through a 3rd party- not Verizon.
The one in Merrit island is a corporate location and the drive is worth the fees and headaches you’ll save going to this store. Taylor completely messed up my phone bill while upgrading my line and adding two devices. They charge an insane amount for activation fees that you will simply avoid by just going to a corporate location.
Verizon was able to fix these errors after two billing cycles but this third party retailer had no solution or accountability for the issue they created.

I’m not one to post reviews or make a fuss, but the service I had at this location was the worst I have ever had. I was talked to like an idiot and not given any assistance other than to use the app which I obviously could do at home. I came to get quick solutions to multiple problems and left so frustrated ready to switch providers.

They told my grandpa that he did not have insurance to cover his phone, then upsold him a ridiculous plan and phone. He did have insurance, and they lied.

On 4/20/24 I traded in my iPhone 13 Pro 256 gig on a 15 Pro Max and was told I would get a certain amount for trade in. I put some money down and was told by the sales rep and what I assumed was the store manager that in one billing cycle I could pay the phone off. My sales rep was Jordan Albanese. I reviewed my bill and it said I owed over 900.00 on the phone. Today, I went back to the store and it was explained to me because it was a promotion over 36 months and if I wanted to pay the phone off I would have to pay the full amount. That is not what I was told on the day I bought the phone and the store refused to make it right. I was deceived and should have read the paperwork in more detail. The last thing I told the rep that was helping me that they had just lost a customer. I meant do disrespect to the rep that was attempting to help me. Specifically, Mr. Albanese-this not how you build relationships with customers.

I was experiencing some SIM card issues. I walked in and was immediately welcomed over by Julian. His attentiveness and welcoming personality as well as his knowledge of how to fix it within a prompt manner has sold me on making this Verizon location the only one I’ll go to in the future for any problems, upgrades, or any other reason I will need to go for my phone.

The Verizon Wireless store provided excellent customer service with knowledgeable staff who patiently guided me through my options. The store had a wide selection and accessories, making it easy to find everything I needed in one place. Overall, satisfying experience for all my cellular needs.

went to the newly remodeled store in Titusville. whole new sales crew, too. went in just to get new weather widget. the agent was pushy, insisting i just needed an upgraded phone!THEN rearranged the apps on my phone the way HE thinks they SHLD b!! not happy! THEN suggested i didnt know HOW to use my phone!!! ENOUGH! was so upset i literally WALKED OUT of store!!! the set-up of customer seating was one on top of another...see and hear everyones business!! NO privacy! all in all...I will NEVER return to this store... with this group of agents!! not comfortable . not helpful at all!!

Very bad experience sit and hour and a half just to fix my internet and check a price for an Apple Watch. Added the apple without my permission and jack my bill up from 200 to 400 insane. He was new worker did know nothing sad service.
