Had an issue with my ipad power port and took it to the Titusville store. Keith and Beth were very helpful in removing a piece of the power plug that broke off into my ipad. Ipad restored, powered up, all good, thanks again

The lady I dealt with was a a nice lady. But I was told when I upgraded my wife's phone that there was no wireless plan restrictions. Told when I traded my wife's phone in I'd get an 800 credit come to find out a couple months later that you did have to have a specific unlimited plan. And I'm paying pretty much full price for a phone. I didn't get anything in writing so it's my fault. SO HERES MY ADVICE IF YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM GET EVERYTHING THEY SAY IN WRITING. and no my bill said nothing about the trade INS unfortunately so my fault once again.

As a long time Verizon customer (multiple lines in a family plan), we needed assistance making changes and upgrades of our lines and phones. Kevin went above and beyond helping us coordinate our changes. I’d like to add our request/needs were not a “straight forward” easy transaction. Thank you so much for your help!!!

BEWARE!!! Don’t shop here! The staff is RUDE and they don’t communicate. I asked for a rep to put something in writing because I’ve been at the store several occasions and they all say something different or just don’t communicate and I’ve had to waste several trips and precious time to try and solve an issue that has turned into a nightmare. When someone refuses to put something in writing they must not be telling the truth!

Seven year I have been with Verizon,.couple years ago I started having problems paying my bill..The automated system makes it very difficult to pay and the last few months when i would pay my phone would still shut off for 12 hours..I went into this location and explained what was going on..The millennial behind the counter made a couple calls ,spoke to a co worker and eventually simply said i do not know how to fix it and im sorry but your will have to switch providers.didnt even try n get me set up with verizion.I asked to speak to someone else and he told me there was no one else and i would need to go to another provider..kid didnt try didnt do anything.. absolutely useless....turns out i was on an old plan that was grandfathered in and was 20$ a month more than the new plan..means for the last 2 yearsi overpayed 20$ amonth and Verizon simply pocketed the moneyThis morning Verizon has fixed the problem and is looking at a substantial repayment .this should have happened in store
