All in all, this is a good Walgreens location. The staff was friendly and professional and it was generally a positive experience.No issues whatsoever. The staff was friendly, the store was nice enough and I was on my way on my way in no time flat.

Terrible customer service. They don't know where items are. Nobody in the store knew how to use the photo center. Waste of time and money.

The pharmacy is very busy, please be nice to them. I’m the most critical person on pharmacies so I understand you’re stressed and tired but these are people too. This was a long visit for me tonight and I actually was comfortable and I was in amazement of how the pharmacy team ran. Very professional and worked together as a team. Best dam pharmacy I’ve seen in a LONG time.

Nicest staff here! The other day one guy even helped me to clear some random person off of "My Walgreens" reward program. Idk how but she had the same phone # and I was scared she would steal all my rewards bc I go here ALOT! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!

Waited 25 minutes on hold for the pharmacy before speaking with Marius who seemed eager to get me off the phone. I asked for a recommendation for an OTC cough suppressant/expectorant that was safe for my 80 year mother who has HBP to take. He did offer a few recommendations but would not confirm if they had them in stock unless I came into the store. He said, if I came in, he could walk me to the shelf where they are located. I explained to him that I lived over an hour away and did not want to send someone over to buy it if they didn't have it in stock but he would not confirm. I use Walgreens in my city (we have 3 near us) for OTC and prescriptions and have never had any issues with their services. I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service at the Titusville, FL location off Barna Ave.

The employees working at the photo/ Fedex desk are rude and I'm not even sure they are capable of their job. I went to pick up a package that was shipped to me and I had my missed package slip, email containing tracking information along with my full name and address, photo ID, proof of purchase for the items in the package. I stood at the pick up desk forever with no employees in sight. Finally I decided to go to the checkout desk to ask the lady if there were any employees working that could help me, but because she was so caught up blabbering about her personal life and some cup she wanted to order with some friend of hers that was in front of me. I stood there forever waiting for her to finish her in depth lengthy conversation with her friend to ask where an employee was that could help me. Finally she said oh just go to the desk and push a button and wait for someone. Five minutes later someone finally shows up at the desk. I showed her all of my proofs for my package and then she had to call another employee just to see if she could give me my package which we also had to wait for while he took his sweet time coming up to the desk. Then because my drivers license was expired they said I couldn't pick up my package. Then after having my son send me a picture of my current drivers license that's not expired they allowed me to get my package only after rudely saying "I suggest in the future you carry your drivers license on you at all times". Instead of apologizing for the 35 minute process and arguing with me the entire time. I will never go back to this store ever again! ** Suggestion** Hire some employees with common sense and helpful demeanors.

Clean store and nice staff in the store. The pharmacy is good too. They usually have my medicine in stock and on auto refill. Crystal who works with the pharmacist is very knowledgeable of the ever changing laws concerning some of my migraine medication. If there are changes she takes the time to explain them to me and makes sure I understand how the change will impact me. Super customer service! The pharmacist also stays on top of my allergies and if any of my prescriptions conflict with each other. My profile has special instructions in it regarding making sure I can open my medicine. Both over-the-counter and my prescriptions. There is one thing I would like to see the pharmacy department improve. When a refill is needed they don't communicate if there is a delay or no response from the doctor. It would be helpful if there was a way for this to happen easily either on the app or from the automated phone messaging service, email or text. This would not only help consumers but also the pharmacy staff.

Pharmacist is excellent. Goes far above his job requirements to help. Once he even remained open late until my Ride could go, and pick up my medication Truly caring and compassionate..I am referring to Essan at the Gargen Street Location. His efforts saved me from a grave situation.
