Pharmacy here can’t fill medications on time. If you can’t go without your meds for a few days because you have a medical condition that is severe then do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I am very disappointed with my experience this evening. I had surgery today and went to have my prescription filled for pain relievers.
First: they couldn't find me in the system. Finally found me
Second: They don't take my insurance, fine just go ahead and fill it since you've already run the prescription paper through the machine and can not retrieve it. What time will it be ready? About 5:30
Third: it is 6:30 go to see if it is ready. Nope won't be ready until probably tomorrow because we have only a floating pharmacist. Not an excuse. Said pharmacist should be familiar with Walgreens protocol and procedures.
Very disappointed with the unprofessional treatment. Will not return

I was a solid customer until I needed to pay with a card and break a $20 bill. It is against policy per the manager. It is against my policy to now shop here. Walgreens has been on the steady decline, and I can’t wait until this one is another Spirit Halloween.

2 younger girls working cash register told me it would be an hour. I waited. When I checked again she said they had to order one or I could check with other Walgreens (I am going out of town tomorrow AM) and that I had to wait 2 more hours for the one they had and that they were 80 scripts behind. Crystal came up and saved the day!!! Got my scripts in 10 mins. She definitely knows her job and is great! Thanks so much!

All in all, this is a good Walgreens location. The staff was friendly and professional and it was generally a positive experience. No issues whatsoever. The staff was friendly, the store was nice enough and I was on my way on my way in no time flat.

Had an order put in for a prescription with 2 items from MedFast clinic at 9am. Was told by one of the pharmacists at Walgreens at 12pm they were having technical difficulty and it'd be ready in the next few hours. After calling at 2:30pm was told they'd only received one of the items and that there was nothing they could do. Do not use this pharmacy, the one on US-1 is miles better at managing prescriptions. Keep the cough syrup, Harrison Walgreens, seems you're asleep behind the wheel anyway.

The paging button at the photo counter has been broken for a while. It makes it very frustrating because it's very hard to get quick service without that button. You can end up waiting 15 to 20 minutes just to drop off a FedEx package.

Terrible customer service. They don't know where items are. Nobody in the store knew how to use the photo center. Waste of time and money.

Called the VA to get a prescription for Covid sent in and have picked up. It was called in first thing in the morning. Went to pick up at the Barna location and they said they never got the call.Called the VA and they said they have it on record that they talked to the pharmacist. It's been over 24 hours and no one has gotten back to me. I probably should go down and cough all over the employees there just for spite. They were very rude.

I don't go to any other Walgreens as this is the only one that I feel comfortable they notice me when I walk in the door they help me out so much and when I leave they make me feel like I'm breaking their hearts I love Walgreens the one Barna and Harris you can't find a better drugstore than there's
