First let me say this is no reflection on Chris or Roxanne or any of the other pharmacy staff, but the new lady Lola is horrible. She’s inconsiderate and rude. She rushes you. She actually yelled private information across the pharmacy floor and when I asked her to come closer to speak to her she didn’t have time. Any time my doctor sends my meds electronically they always arrive very quickly, however on this particular day that Lola was working they never arrived. I don’t know if it was intentional or she just didn’t know what she was doing. It doesn’t cost a thing to be nice to someone…. She is just not where it’s at.

Dairy Plaza store is good, bogos, discounts, points. The pharmacy pharmacist Chris I believe is unfriendly, unprofessional, rude, not aware when medication is 2 weeks late as it is, and new prescription is submitted, he still doesn't want to fill, instead said I can get to it tomorrow maybe. Has been extremely rude to my wife and myself, along with his assistant. The female pharmacist is wonderful, kind, and professional.

Most all employees are very nice and helpful. The problem is with the stock. It seems most of the things I like are never in stock. I then have to go to Publix and get what I need, they're always stocked full of anything, so it can't be that the vender brings stuff to Publix and not to Winn Dixie or can it? Some of the items are cinnamon and raisin bagels from Tomas bagels, Cherry Dr Pepper soda, Green Giant Shoe peg corn to name a few. The other name brand items are usually over stocked i.e. reg Dr pepper, plain bagels etc.

Would not fill my prescription because they have reached their limit on new patients. I have filled here before, but since it has been over a year I am considered new. Ridiculous!

While the staff are nice , the wait time is horrible. I am still waiting at 11:35 am. My appointment was at 11am for a flu vaccine. Not exactly thrilled as I see NO point in making an appointment if you are made to wait an hour anyway.

Our teenage daughter worked at Winn-Dixie. An employee named Scott Piero tried scamming her for money, rides home, and a place to stay. He's about 55. Told her he got one DUI last year but he's paying it off and will be back on the road next month. A coworker told our daughter that he actually has more than one DUI and other unpaid driving offenses, they're from almost 20 years ago, he's not paying them, and he's been scamming people his entire life. The coworker said that after you give him a few rides home, he'll start bugging you for rides to work. After a few months of that, he'll start whining for rides from you on social media for personal errands in Tampa. Don't give him your phone number. He seems creepy with young women, like he feels entitled to them. Our daughter quit the job because of it. Not good. We asked around about Scott Piero in Brevard County. He allegedly does a lot of sneaky things to freeload from people. A lot of them involve ambushing them and taking advantage of their good nature. When he sees someone he knows waiting in line at the cash register, he sneaks up behind them. When they pull out their debit card to pay for their groceries, he asks them to pay for his groceries too. If they're paying with cash or they're getting cash back from their debit cards, he whines that he wants some of their money. He does this at bars too. He tries to smooth it all over with a creepy little giggle. We found out that he did this at his old jobs at the Durango's Steakhouse and Dixie Crossroads. He tries to keep his friends separated so they don't compare stories. He'll probably be freeloading rides and money from new victims until the day he dies. If you want to speed up that day, maybe ask him to lend you money. The thought of actually being of service to others for the first time in his life would probably give him a stroke. It's all about him, him, him. He's not disabled. Piero giggles and tells silly jokes so people think he's a harmless little guy. If that doesn't work, he says he's detoxing from alcoholism and he's not normally like this. If that doesn't work, he complains about his bad luck with women. When that doesn't work, he allegedly threatens to kill himself. He allegedly gets kicked out of apartments for not paying rent and a lot of other "problems" he causes, but he uses fake excuses for why he's homeless so new people will let him move in. Says the latest hurricane or COVID made his landlord sell. Then he allegedly scams those new people, gets kicked out, and makes up another story. Freeloads a lot of rides and money from roommates and neighbors. Not a great guy to have living around you. After he sucks good people dry and they wise up, he moves on to another victim. He's allegedly been doing it his whole life.

I traveled all over in search and in need of a crab cake. Publix informed me they had none. I had never been too Winn- Dixie before, however; the name sounded familiar. The person filling in at seafood counter was hemorrhoid generous to go and search for a crab cake for being that they had none in the fresh case! You wouldn't believe it- but they heated up my frozen Gordon's crab cakes in the microwave for me, and even checked the internal temperature for me. Caleb was so get kind to do this for me- and provided great conversion in the mean time. Checkout was quick, easy- they're the cashier and baggers' customer service was polite, friendly, on point. Not what I'm used to, usually shipping at whole foods markets, buts great experience nonetheless. Highly recommended.
