My wife and I were at the dairy plaza, where this Winn-Dixie is located. We were a few outlets away, at the laundromat. Since it was after 5:00 the laundromat clerk was off-shift and the bathrooms were closed, and the only thing accessible were the washers and dryers. My wife needed to use the restroom, so I suggested she go into the Winn-Dixie, (this location). I waited for her outside as she proceeded towards the building.She stated after using the restroom, she then headed towards the exit doors. Then she stated, that an older white female in her late 60s, told another employee, "I Hope she found what she was looking for."My wife stated she looked at the woman behind her and the other employee, along with the older woman, or then both watching her like a hawk. My wife then proceeded to say, "yep I sure did."My wife came out of the winn-dixie, and I could tell in her face that something was wrong. She would not tell me what was wrong until later that night.I couldn't believe it.She stated that she would never go back in this establishment considering they racially profiled her and to top it off my wife is a medical assistant she deals with patience and all different types of personalities on a day to day basis, I hope this review changes the employees attitudes in management will most definitely do something about this.

Trying to shop from phone is almost impossible. Door dash, wrong store even when zip code entered. Tried for 30 minutes, gave up.

Make sure to double and triple check everything's expiration date here before you go to leave. It's January 2024. Hummus that expired in November 2023 is still on the shelves. Virtually all of the broccoli is past it's buy-by-date. The rest of the produce is dubious, at best.

My family and I were disappointed in this store today. I couldn’t find the crackers I wanted, the bread I wanted, among other things. At the deli, they didn’t listen to out request for thinly sliced ham and sliced it thick. None of that bother us, but when trying to check out The bread wouldn’t scan properly. The lady who came to “help” us asked if we knew how much it cost. When we said no, she told us we had to go back to where we found it and get the price because she can’t leave the station.. There were other people around that she could’ve sent over there to price it. We just didn’t buy the bread.

First of all, other then a few cashier's, this store is rude. This goes especially for management and stockers. I have been in this store a lot and almost been ran over by stockers riding carts down aisles. No excuse me, pardon me or nothing, it was treated like I was in their way. But what really ticks me off is my son has applied to them and even went down to talk to them and was told that they are cutting hours and not hiring. Funny, because they are still hiring in the position my son applies for, a bagger and cart person. My son has high functioning autism and I feel this is why he doesn't get a interview or even a phone call. THIS IS CALLED DISCRIMINATION! I have half a mind to go see a lawyer and contact the autism association. Discriminating against someone for their handicap is against the law but I guess Winn-Dixie doesn't care so I will do my best to make them care. I will be taking my grocery needs to other retailers since I don't want to shop at a store that discriminates.

Some of your employees are racist. It’s unacceptable and disgusting. They racially profile customers when they come into the store and assume they are trying to steal stuff at self check out without providing them the opportunity to correct minor mistakes they have made. Coaching is needed.

This Winn Dixie always has a great variety, great sales with plenty of items in stock. I give it 5 stars because of this and the friendly staff. The staff can make or break a place for me... they definitely make it ?

I don't buy food in Winn Dixie much however, I do use the pharmacy. Mr. Chris is beyond excellent at his job. He's polite, knowledgeable, and he is the only pharmacist I trust. I've recently been informed this store will become an Aldi. Apparently, they will be closing the pharmacies down and we will lose Mr. Chris. This saddens me, and I will be doing all I can do to find him and follow him. It's so important to trust your pharmacist, almost more important than the doctor. It is more important than a doctor. Mr. Chris has saved me and my family a lot of problems considering allergies etc. Give that man a raise and do whatever you can do to keep him ?
