“I have been a Chase bank member for about ten years now... and I find them very convenient, with ATM locations all over the place. They sometimes have more fees, and charges than I like... but it all depends on what you are doing with them. They usually list all fees and charges right up front, and it is up to you whether you want to use those services. For basic checking and savings, they waive fees as long as you meet certain requirements...so not usually an issue for me. Tellers and staff are usually friendly and helpful, and I have never had a problem with Chase. This location is very nice, and the teller was helpful and efficient. What more could I ask for?”

“Convenient to where I live. It has an accessible and protected ATM area that can be used 24/7 using your debit card for access. Also has a drive up ATM. The ATM area can be warm since apparently they don't run AC to it, at least not after hours. Other than that... great. Have not been here during business hours, so have no idea what the staff is like... but most Chase branches have been friendly and helpful, so expect the same here.”
