This place has the ABSOLUTE best staff. Valerie is attentive, works hard, is just the best you could ever ask for to take care and trust with your personal belongings. When you drop off clothes head on over to Foxy's for breakfast and take Val a Coke with lots of ice- it's hot in there! Wonderful place.

I highly recommend Bristol Cleaners. The whole family uses them and have for the last seven years. We find them to be very personable, reasonable and professional. I’m not sure I understand some of the comments that I’ve read except that perhaps there was some lack of communication, no judgment, just wanted to let folks know that there are some great experiences out there. We have also requested certain special garment instructions and the owner and his team have been very accommodating.

These guys remind me of Saturday Night Live's 'Samurai Tailor.' Their absolute incompetency makes me wonder if they are laundering something else other than dirty garments. If you're looking to have a perfectly good item destroyed then look no further than Bristol Cleaners & Laundry. Dropped off a Chanel bag for Bristol to spot clean. I had been at 3 other cleaners in the area with the same request to spot clean. All of the prior cleaners turned down the request as they were worried about the potential damage to the bag. I made the Bristol attendant aware of the previous comments made by the other cleaners. The Bristol attendant was unsure if this could be done, took my name and number for the owner to review and get back to me. I received a call from the owner stating the bag was in the process of being cleaned. Upon receipt of the bag, severe discoloring and bleeding was apparent throughout the bag's exterior with 'peeling' within the interior. This was certainly not the bag's condition upon drop off. I refused acceptance of the bag considering the condition, at which point the Bristol cleaner owner tried to correct the discoloration. 2nd attempt to correct the damage only aggravated the problem. I am now left with a Chanel bag that has been significantly damaged and where the owner refuses to own issue and reasonably remedy.

I have been using Bristol Dry Cleaners for 15 years. I have had nothing but professional and excellent service from this business. The staff is caring and they provide great customer service. I highly recommend Bristol Cleaners to anyone in need of top notch dry cleaner.

In all fairness to your review DK it's important and the responsible thing to tell what really happened and then express your disappointment. The pants you brought in were in fact cleaned. They were cleaned per the manufactures labeling. During the cleaning process there were approx 5+ small stud type decorations on each leg of the bottom of the pants that came off. These stud type decorations were saved and bagged until you came into to pick up your pants. Once you came in you were shown the pants which were clean and you were shown and explained to that these studs had come off in the cleaning process. Your immediate response was that the pants cost $80. What were we going to do with your "ruined" pants. The pants were not ruined it was these studs that needed to be glued back on. I cannot speak of the first conversation you had due to I only heard parts of it with the owner. What was then done with the pants is one stud was glued on to one pant leg. When you came in you were shown the placement and before any more were put on I needed your approval and the rest would then be put on. You became upset that all the studs were not put on and you were explained to that I just neeed you to look at the first one and approve it and the rest could be put on and you could pick them up the following day. I did tell you also that the probability of these coming off again at some point is high due to they are glued on to the fabric and not sewn. You were still not happy with the solution to the problem. While I will say I apologize that you had a bad experience with me the problem could have been easily rectified. It became difficult to come to a resolution with you. I wish you all the best at your new cleaners.

I brought in an expensive pair of pants to be cleaned. They were taken with no comments made. When I picked them up they were not clean and missing the studs. The owner thought I was ridiculous for wanting them replaced. He was quite rude. The woman at the counter thought I was argumentative because I wanted the pants back looking the same as when I brought them in. The owner then offered to glue the studs back on. I returned to pick them up again and found one stud glued on and it looked awful. I was told that they will come off again if washed. I just wanted them cleaned and returned with the studs still on the pants and I was told I was rude! I received no apology, no refund and no understanding of the situation. How does this Cleaner stay in business!!! I have done business with at least a dozen cleaners in my lifetime and this was the first time ever - that a cleaner did not take responsibility for an error on their part! They should have never taken the pants in if they thought they could not return them looking exactly the same and cleaned!
