“The employees here all need a raise because they all go above & beyond for the customers. They will approach you to ask & help you find anything in the store. I was also helped unload my cart onto the belt, & was asked if I needed help unloading my groceries in my car. As the temperature was scorching hot. Such sweet & amazing employee's!!♥”

For the first time I didn't get clueless employess when I ordered my vegetarian sub! Mia was eager to learn, and James and Emily were both happy to help Mia while also very busy.”

“This place is very clean and had a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. It was more like walking into a vegetable stand as I walked in. The service was fast and they even have self-serve checkout. I heard they're wine is really good so we shall see.”
“Not a huge Publix fan due to the prices, but the selection of fresh food is always great! The sushi is also wonderful. This store was a little difficult to get around due to its setup, but figured it out. $350 later, we were out. Being from a state that has made disposable plastic bags illegal, it’s so nice not to have to remember to bring in disposable bags, just to have to bag everything yourself. Lots of BOGO deals. Not very crowded, which was nice. Store was very clean and staff were helpful. Love Publix, not the prices.”
“This is now my publix as we moved recently to St Pete. I love how this is bigger than my previous publix, a lot of fresh produce to choose from and great deals always! I love the manager Ashley from this publix as well. Very kind and helpful. She was very patient helping me out as well. What makes a store great is how their people treat customers. And I thank Ashley for being a great person. There is another lady in customer service area as well who was helpful and patient with me. They are both kind.”

“As far as Publix goes, this store is not as grand as the newer editions in slightly more desirable zip codes. But it functions well. I can nearly always find what I need.
And when I can't, the staff are very helpful and friendly.
The one negative is that their deli does not know how to slice 'thin'. So I still have to wait on line at the deli when ordering cold cuts.”

My only gripe is the wait time at the deli has been quite long the last dozen times i was there. Not quite sure what has happened, but it is unacceptable for a store of this magnitude.”

“I believe I spoke with Cole, a pharmacist at this Publix, and he was amazing ??
I had a prescription that was called in to his Publix because my normal Publix closed, and his Publix did not carry that medicine. Cole automatically transferred it over to the next closet Publix and verified they keep a normal stock of the medicine, and called me to let me know he took care of everything for me. Thank you Cole!”

I usually visit about once per week to because it is a joy to shop there. Actual score 4.5 stars. They have some work to do to start pushing perfection. Go Publix Go!”

“Great store, but be careful about the packaging. Because some of the items I thought was a whole breakfast sandwich and it had only 1/2 of one pkg making 6 of them and the frozen blueberry pancakes. I thought they'd be a little bit bigger like the frozen pancakes that you usually buy in another store. (I'm from New York State, but we have ALDI there too.) the package should of stated mini bites i think there was six in the package and you get 22 the children and you know you need list three or 44 yourself because they're very small and the price was little over priced but blueberry sauce or blueberry pancake with maple inside, so look at packaging good, but the other foods are so reasonable and delicious be careful about the pre-made sandwiches. Because, i got sick once , the sandwich was not expired, outdated but. After I ate it and I will leave there. I didn't feel so well. I had issues). But i will continue to shut up there because of all the other fantastic delicious foods. And their food prices, so good. I love the chicken salad, and fresh vegetables,deli meats ,cheeses all other dairies, and, other fresh food lol i'm nuts about nuts and there's a wide variety that is so reasonable price.”
“Publix Carillon is a solid location overall. It has that usual Publix reliability: clean store, good layout, friendly employees, and a generally easy shopping experience.
It’s a smaller location and layout so there is limited selection versus a bigger store. It is convenient, well-kept, and usually has what I need without feeling chaotic. The deli and bakery are dependable, and the store has a polished, professional feel compared to a lot of other grocery options in the area.
Not perfect, but definitely a good Publix location and one I do not mind coming back to.”
“There’s a Publix on every corner, but the very reason why I go to this one is simply because of Lenny. He always has a smile on his face, he’s always willing to help, and on top of that he reminds everyone to stay hydrated lol He is such a gem and truly cares about the store and doing his job, not only to the best of his ability, but making sure that everybody that he comes in contact with feel special and assisted. He truly is the reason why this will always be the Publix that I shop at. Thank you, Lenny for being such an amazing part of everyone’s day !!!”
