Family Dollar is a store with lots and lots of varied stuff, from groceries, toiletries, and pet items to clothes, shoes, car necessities, and electronics. Prices are good and great on affordable items. The staff is often described as great, friendly, and very helpful, with awesome customer service that makes customers feel special and taken care of. The store can be very busy, with aisles sometimes blocked by product carts and shelves needing stocking, which is a lot for the staff to manage. While most experiences are positive, noting the clean environment and nice items unlike typical dollar stores, service can occasionally be unpleasant. Overall, it is considered a favorite store by many for its grand selection and generally helpful team.
Staff is great! Prices are good on groceries, toiletries and pet treats, toys. I just wish they would give more staff to help stock shelves. It's a lot for the staff there to run the register and stock shelves.

Family dollar in Trenton is unlike any other. They are family. They really take care of my daughter and treat her so special when we come in. I can't explain how each one of them makes our day. Mrs. Rachel has really opened her up and bought her some precious gifts . Thank you guys so much. We adore you.
