I cannot say enough good things about Maria Tsongranis and the Brightway Insurance team in Trinity-Odessa. Maria was the reason I was able to get my mortgage — my lender had a strict maximum, and she worked tirelessly to get my policy under the number I needed. She is absolutely amazing!
Maria told me her management team focuses on client experience and client satisfaction, and it truly shows. This is an outstanding organization, and they have my business for life.
One more big thank you to Maria: when Citizens hit me with a $405 coverage charge, she didn’t just accept it — she advocated for me and had it reduced to $132, saving me almost $300. She could have left it at the $405, but she went above and beyond for me.

If you are looking to get homeowners insurance or any type of insurance, this is the place to call. Their customer service is excellent and I'm bragging about it because now days is very hard to find a place with good customer service. They are also prompt to return calls or emails messages. I called Sandy for homeowners insurance and I had it within 48 hours, meanwhile I was waiting on a previous agent for about 3 weeks to just get me a quote. I highly recommend Brightway Insurance at Trinity! You won't regret it!
