I would rate Cpf Mortgage as one of the best lenders out there. The staff was top notch. Very knowledgeable and experienced. I was greeted with bright and enthusiastic welcoming when I arrived. Working with Justin Kelly and his team at CPF Mortgage, especially Matt Hemmerling, was an incredible experience from start to finish. They streamlined the entire process and went above and beyond to help both the buyer and seller navigate negotiations smoothly. Their guidance not only saved us a significant amount on closing costs but also made it possible to handle the transaction without a realtor.
Justin, Matt, and the entire CPF team are the definition of tactful, diplomatic, and professional. They make even the most confusing aspects of the home buying process simple to understand, which is a huge relief for anyone who isn’t experienced with real estate. I recently purchased an investment property, since I work overseas where we are many hours difference in time zones and everything has to be done remotely it’s normally difficult to get anything done ! To complicate things even more I was in 3 different countries during the 30 days leading up to closing day !
Carlos and his team were still able to make the process fast and painless ! I would absolutely recommend going to Carlos at CPF again and again !

If the home loan process stresses you out like it did for us, go with CFP. They were incredibly knowledgeable and kept us comfortable and informed the whole way. Justin, Carlos, and the team were awesome - easy to work with and always on it. We got a great rate, and they went above and beyond to keep things moving. Seriously, you won’t regret going with them.
