Great institution to use for your banking needs. We have been members of FCCU since 1974. The employees, at this branch in particular, always go the extra mile to try to solve any problems that may arise. Special thanks to Renee and her co workers who stepped up today to help me with an online banking issue I had. Very nice to know they are always willing and able to help. Thank you once again for your kindness and help!!!!

I had recently moved to the area from out of state and wanted to find a small credit union that would be able to handle my financial accounts. I had alot of problems with fraud while with my prior institution (major bank), and when trying to contact them to resolve the issue, it seemed to be a nightmare every time. They just have too many customers and don't have the time to help each and individual case like some of these smaller, local credit unions can "according to some research". Janet and everyone at this Florida Central location has showed me that they have the time and ability to focus on each of their bankers individual needs and desires, and will do so. I'm grateful that I've found a bank that I feel 100% comfortable with handling my finances. I strongly recommend that you give them a chance, especially if your looking for a more personal bank relationship.James

A caring Credit Union. I got a new debit card and although the darn machine was testy, they didn't waste my time. They articulated that the machine was down, but they would work with it. They asked me to check back later that day. I called then revisited later, and they had my card made waiting for me; they didn't forget the mission.

I opened a checking account in March. I try paying my bills giving my correct account information and some payments get returned for no reason and some don't. I called this bank to see what was going on and they claim the problem isn't on their end. Apparently my bill payments are being processed and deducted from a savings account instead of checking account which has same number which makes no sense. Even payroll checks are being direct deposited into my savings account instead of checking account. It's ridiculous! Anyone else having this problem??

Yet, once again horrible Customer Service from the so called Leaders of this branch. The tellers are super nice and amazing but leadership at this branch is severely lacking. They refuse to talk to Customers.

I just want to leave a quick review. Every time I have had questions or needed assistance with my account the staff has been so he helpful and so polite. Renee and the entire team are accommodating and always have the answers to my questions and concerns.
