Went in for the First time today. I signed in online no Waite when I arrived. Marianne was extremely friendly, gave me a cut I was super pleased with and some great hair advice as well! I will most certainly be returning :)

Average quick salon atmosphere. I was greeted when I arrived and advised of my wait time. Definitely check in online - it saves your place and gives a pretty accurate estimate of the wait time. I did appreciate how well Ashley (I'm horrible with names) listened to what I wanted, and she explained her technique when she did something I hadn't seen before. I think my cut turned out great, and I will definitely go back to her for trims.
Requested style: I had an outgrown wolf cut, and I requested a bob to fix up the layers and trim off dead ends.
Hair type: Naturally curly/wavy.
Stylist: I want to say her name was Ashley. She really paid attention and took into consideration my hair type and previous cut.

Anybody I know who has gone here for a haircut has had a horrible experience. I don't feel like there hair dressers care. I feel like the hair dressers want to get you in and out bc the more seats in there chair the more $$$ just my opinion

I always sign in on the website to save my spot before I go. I take my boys , 2 and 5. They save their haircuts so they know exactly how you like the haircut when you go back for a refresh. Weve been coming here for years and will continue for years to come!

Signed into the app, pulling into the parking lot it said 6 minute wait, then immediately went to zero, then immediately went to 17 minutes. Waited a while and then left, really don't understand how this app is supposed to work. Everyone here is always really nice and competent but it would be super helpful if the app gave information that could be trusted.
