From the ambiance of walking up past the original fountain to walking in the meticulously restored lobby, one feels as if time stands still. A perfect spot to renew and explore New Port Richey at your leisure…that is if you can break away from the charming atmosphere of this 1927 classic! Shout out to the knowledgeable and friendly staff! A hidden gem of a boutique hotel…do not miss it!”

“This is a fantastic, pet friendly, Hotel. I recently moved to Land O Lakes Florida and stayed here for 2 nights. The entire staff I interacted with were all first class. I had my 3 dogs with me, a 106lb Doberman and two tiny dogs and there was more than enough room in our suite.”

“Picked this Marriot location due to Caliente being fully booked for the holiday weekend. We always choose the Marriot brand as you will see from my other reviews under this email. Some good and some bad. Staff were amazing! Josh wins for best concierge ever! Not just Marriott, any hotel/ motel I have stayed at. Josh wins! He had to put up me and my husband asking him many questions and helped us with anything and everything we asked him. He is definitely the standard across the board for the brand that all concierge should follow. We even discussed JW Marriott’s book. Location was convenient, next to the Hilton ( shared parking lot). Google maps does not show much around but there is. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Make sure you have the parking pass in the window. Our second time returning was after 3am but we did find one spot left. We had a room on the first floor. 102. Not the best and not the worst. Full kitchen and fridge. Stovetop with pots and pans, ice cube trays, silverware and plates. We only stayed one night but the full size fridge was great for our cooler. Standard items included. Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Bring your own soap if you have dry skin. The body wash and bar soap provided zero moisture. Bed was clean, pillows are feather. Used 3 and still wasn’t great for me. The tub…. Needed a reglaze asap. It’s disgusting and disappointing. The entire room was up to standard and then I saw the tub and ended up putting a towel down because it looks like someone dumped something in it and the raised crusty stain is now there forever. You might also want to bring a noise machine or YouTube sounds. The AC is so loud and keeps going on and off. Disturbed my sleep multiple times. Adjusted it earlier in the day and it didn’t matter. It’s entirely too loud and could use some maintenance to adjust it. The night concierge was very helpful , welcoming and professional. I needed another blanket and pillow ( extra in closet and I used both). Breakfast was fresh eggs not powdered like some hotels. Organic eggs, oatmeal, sausage and waffles. The coffee is actually very good! Josh made us a fresh pot when we checked in too. If we come back I would request a different suite, bring my own pillow and my sound machine/ and or fan. Ceiling fans would be great in this space, especially the bedroom. I would definitely stay again based on customer service alone. Thank you again Josh. He has the best front desk personality.”

“Booked before I read the reviews- some bad ones on this place- Stayed 2/15 to 2/19 Great value for the amount paid. Shower heads pressure can be adjusted by spinning the tip of the head. Pool was clean, deep and heated! Hot tub wasn't the hottest but worked and was clean! Plenty of chairs to sun tan ? Didn't see any roaches inside the hotel but saw a smashed palmetto in the parking lot. Breakfast in the attached restaurant was fabulous(not free but not overpriced) ? ?. No bedbugs to report and our room 221 was so quiet we slept like champs! The floors need a better mop because our socks turned brown- but ya-would for sure return. Amenities are withing walking distance. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.”

“I was there for a 3-day seminar. I found the rooms to be quite comfortable and the continental breakfast to be quite adequate. The staff kept the buffet well stocked even though we had a large group of individuals in our party.”

“It was a very good stay they are still cleaning up so stuff piled up but getting cleaned up as I was leaving and the pool is not open yet rooms are very clean and the cleaning lady was very accommodating to our needs”

“I have read a lot of reviews about the Rodeway Inn in Central. I sometimes feel nothing but negative reviews just reflects that a person was not treated the way they expected to be treated so they may stretch the truth to enhance the story. I stayed at this Roadway inn twice now, and I have not seen a roach yet. Not saying there aren't any, I just had not seen them. And the staff that was working on the day that I was here was polite friendly and very engaging. Would I stay here again? Hell yeah! You can't beat the price for what you get, and it is close to restaurants and shopping and other things that you would want to do in this area. The only reason why I gave it four stars instead of a solid 5 is because I think some of the rooms are a little outdated with the furniture. For being outdated does not mean it's not comfortable. I would recommend rodeway Inn US 19 in Clearwater Florida for a motel room we just can't beat the price.”
