I just called to ask a question and the representative hung up on me 15 seconds in to the call. How extremely rude to treat a potential customer in this manner. I was thoroughly disappointed and disgusted by the service or lack of service I received.

Took my elderly parents today for a scheduled appt, they were taken promptly , however, the tech was not skilled nor pleasant for my poor mothers blood draw.

Went in for an appointment that I scheduled at 2, I didn't get seen until after 2:30 when I had to knock on the door and was rudely dismissed. There was only 1 person ahead of me already being seen with 3 phlebotomists in the lab. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Appointments are useless here they see everyone in whatever order they want appointment or no appointment. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to it !! It's in a Walgreens so don't know why I expected anything but why take appointments if they don't matter. Usual for most labcorps I have been too.
