“The staff here are wonderful. A very busy office. But I love the staff. Other than check in having issues this visit there is not a problem. Best to schedule your visit ahead of time. You do have to wait as walk-in but they get to you always and pleasantly.”
“I had new tests requested asap by my doctor and I made an appointment here. Nevaeh couldn’t quite read the doctor’s scribbled instructions so she took the time to make it right. She called my doctor, confirmed everything, confirmed with her manager, and helped me with the samples.

“I had a wonderful experience at the Quest Diagnostics location in Lutz thanks to Jesse! I scheduled an appointment and was called back promptly, which I really appreciated. I shared my fears and anxiety about having blood drawn, and Jesse was absolutely excellent. She listened, was patient and compassionate, and kept me distracted with conversation throughout the process.
Best of all, she got it done with just one poke, and we were finished! For someone who gets nervous about lab work, that means a lot. I honestly left the lab with a smile on my face, which is a first for me.

She waited patiently with me while I was on the phone to get things sorted and then she got me out of there so fast. “Both visits when walking past the entry door to the exam rooms on entry, it smelled like cigarette smoke. Could have been from other patients, or from staff but it was noticeable so much that I was having a hard time not feeling sick to my stomach. Otherwise, blood draw was just fine and stool sample return was just fine.”
