She clearly explained every step of the process, and her technique was flawless—it was completely painless, which is rare for me. She was also very efficient and had me in and out quickly. “Colleen at the front desk is the definition of efficient, so pleasant and does the work of 4 people! She’s amazing! The first time I ever got blood drawn where I didn’t even feel a pinch at alll, request Dr. Pablo Pablete! Definitely make an appointment ( I was in and out in 15mins) this is in a busy location and have your ID and license card ready to scan at the self serve machine or know your info to enter manually! Highly recommend!!”

“Both visits when walking past the entry door to the exam rooms on entry, it smelled like cigarette smoke. Could have been from other patients, or from staff but it was noticeable so much that I was having a hard time not feeling sick to my stomach. Otherwise, blood draw was just fine and stool sample return was just fine.”
