What a great place and more importantly, the service is incredible. Today, so many businesses are lacking that personal and caring touch, but Mike’s Jewelry does not. I have been going here for years and this place does it all. From replacing a watch battery to making custom pieces, the perfect gift is available for anyone. I had my watchband replaced here and the service was on point. It was fast and done right on the spot, which was surprising cause I've gone to other places and had to come back days later. The personnel here are so friendly and helpful.

Can't speak highly enough about the way I was treated at Mike's. I am NOT a jewelry guy at all. But I came in just before closing time with two simple stainless steel necklaces that I wanted to be repaired. I was treated like it was a Rolex. He patiently explained my options, showed what he had in stock, and offered to order something if I decided to buy replacements. Next day at noon, I got a call from the store saying my order had arrived. Really great service at reasonable prices. (And if you're a watch guy, they seem to have a pretty big selection.)

We have been seeing Carlos at Mikes Jewelry for more than 20 years. His shop is amazing and he takes excellent care of us each time we visit. Not only is he very friendly, he's knowledgeable about all my jewelry and care needs.

We were out of town on vacation when my boyfriend broke his chain. We came to Mike’s and they were super friendly and helpful. He was able to get the chain fixed in a couple of days and also cleaned my rings for me free of charge. Highly recommend!

Dropped my chain off yesterday afternoon. Picked it up at 11 am. Very nice turnaround. Got a battery for a watch a few months ago. Very nice shop.
