Quest makes it quick and easy when you schedule in advance. The gals at the lab do a great job. My scheduled appointment was at 6:20am, I arrived at 6:18am, was taken back at 6:21am and done and back in my car by 6:40am.

The WORST! Lost labs TWICE, not once but twice. No accountability no help, how is it this place still in business? I called only to be hung up on and then when I call back to be put in a never ending loop.

I've had nothing but problems visiting this location. Today was the 3rd strike. Had a 12:30 appt. Been fasting all morning. Even got a text to check in when I arrived. Only to get there and be told their system is down because of Microsoft and they advised rescheduling. No notice was sent out. I am currently at the Lutz location since I've already been fasting and their system is down too but they're still taking patients. TYVM Lutz!!! That's what a good business does!!!

Super easy check-in with excellent, experienced staff! Sandy was AMAZING at the blood draw (I didn’t feel a thing!) and she made the visit a pleasure. She is fantastic!! This is the place I will go from here on out for all blood work needed! Clean facility and fantastic experience from the moment I walked in right until the moment I left. The whole process was smooth, fast and efficient. Highly recommend this location and especially the expertise of the staff is top notch! Thank you, Sandy, and to all at this location! :)

Lisa is a delight, she is so gentle and kind. Her smile and kindness really makes a visit to the Trinity lab a good experience. If everyone in customer service positions were as warm as she is, the world would be a much better place!

I had blood drawn this morning and I can't say enough of how impressed I am! I wish I got her name, but the lady I had was so great! I am not good with getting this done, but I didn't even feel the needle and I have no bruise as I usually do. The whole process was very efficient also.
