Personal Banker Jimmy Pava provides wonderfully efficient services. I went into a few days ago, my savings account is growing thanks to his advice, Mr. Pava lead me in the right direction as I am a first time home buyer.

Called for help with a charge in my account and was met with an incredibly rude representative who very quickly shut down our conversation.I then called land o lakes office instead and was met with a very kind and helpful rep who looked up my account and was able to give me clarity in the situation.

I’ve been with regions for 10 years and this is my favorite branch. I’ve only had one bad visit and that was in Brandon. In store and Online banking is easy and convenient for me. They’ve got everything I need and seem to hire only very friendly, knowledgeable people

I have had great service with Regions. Seemless is a good word to describe how services seem to work. If there are any issues there are two ways to get help and of course they work well in the fraud prevention program. There are several locations making it convenient to do banking pretty much 24/7.I know the folks at my branch by name even over the phone. They are personable and easy to talk with. I hope they can continue being the nice bank they have been. They kinda keep it simple and straightforward. I'm no millionaire so I really don't need much. If I did though I am sure they would be ready to help.

I wouldn't even leave one star except I have to in order to review this location. I waited for over half an hour to see CS. Finally the lady at the desk came out from behind her desk to get the next customer. Just so happened the lady who came in after us had an appointment. Had I know it's possible to make appointments or been directed that there is someone ahead of me, I would have either made an appointment or returned later. Very very poor treatment of customers. Don't care for this location or Regions for that matter.

Good overall. But pain to get to (-1), and hours are d**** (-1)Why open at 8 Monday thru Thursday and not till 9 on Friday? This is just a pain if you need to get things done in am.Staff is average.

One of the worst locations. Severely understaffed only have two tellers. One inside and the other only working drive through. Even if you’re actually able to be serviced here, the tellers are extremely slow even with a simple cash deposit.

I’ve been with regions almost 10 years through a mortgage and two businesses. I just got off the phone with them after depositing a 6 figure check on Tuesday. They said $5,300 out of that check would be available to me the day after the 23rd, today is the 24th and the funds have not yet dropped. On the phone they told me the back office has put and extra hold on my money without reason or notification to me even though the money has been pulled out of the business account its coming from. The branch manager was not only rude and inconsiderate but also only gave me one option to try an resolve that I had already done this morning. This option also did not include a timeline on when funds would be released. Im embarrassed for this bank, the people they have chosen to represent them and I will be closing both my accounts as soon as the funds are dropped. Zero loyalty I’ve put millions through their banks and have paid a lot in interest, would recommend any other bank.

This was my first time in a Regions Bank here in Florida and the service and care was excellent. I specifically had the opportunity to meet with Branch Manager Darcey Cherry and she was incredible. If I have to switch my main bank in the future it would be because of her service. I imagine she is one of the reasons this branch has higher ratings than most in the area

I want to personally thank Lucie Pemberton at this branch for working hard with my son's car insurance company and their bank to correct an error that existed between Regions, State Farm and Chase Bank. My son's account became severely overdrawn due to an insurance claim check issue and Lucie with the help of an agent worked very hard to get my son's funds back into his account! I live close to this branch. I opened an account here for convenience of banking. I have been to the ATM about 10 times, and it has been broken or out of service 8 of those times... including last night. This service is completely unacceptable.

Im going to start off with I NEVER leave reviews I find no point in it. I came in with my mother to cash an advance , an older blonde lady who was super rude and unhelpful she was even rude to the customer behind us. Said there is "limited funds" and they need to make note of us bringing in a check to cash because I signed it over to my mother? Mind you I live in Orlando and don't really need to do this ever its like the second time, my mother almost died a couple days ago so I came to check on her and needed to cash my check. We have only came in to cash a check one other time months and months ago. I will never nor will my mother ever come back to this branch and i will be sure to let everyone I know not to come here. Terrible customer service terrible branch.
