“I rented a unit at Extra Space Storage for a long-distance move, and the entire process was quick and easy! I was able to complete everything online, and my unit was ready to go when I arrived. The unit itself and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman working, but he was incredibly friendly and helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this location!”

“I’ve used other storage facilities in the past, Safeguard Storage is easily the cleanest and most well managed storage facility I’ve ever used. Noticeably, head and shoulders above the rest. David was excellent from start to finish at the Citrus Park location. 5 stars for best monthly rates, cleanliness, well managed, and ease of loading/unloading items. Highly recommend the Citrus Park Safeguard Storage location!”

“I want to recognize Pam for the outstanding job she does managing this property. She is always accessible, helpful, and extremely accommodating. I recently had to move my storage unit, and she made the process as easy as possible. She keeps the property spotless and clearly takes pride in what she does. I have been renting storage units for over 20 years, and it has become harder and harder to find properties where there is still a real person managing the location and caring about the customers. With so many large companies outsourcing and automating everything, the people who are still on-site seem to be expected to wear many hats. Pam goes above and beyond. She offered water to my sons while they were helping me move, and I also noticed her making sure an elderly customer was okay. She is not always sitting at the front desk because she is actually out working... cleaning, checking units, helping customers, turning units over, and keeping the place running. Honestly, Pam is the only reason I did not move my business to another storage facility. That says everything about the value she brings. She makes customers feel taken care of, and she deserves real recognition for the pride, professionalism, and kindness she brings to her work every day.”

“I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Writing another review...My daughter needed help moving and I knew the only movers I would ever trust are these guys. David, Ivan and Anthony were professional and friendly. They arrived early and moved everything so efficiently and quickly. I am so happy that Tony was able to help my daughter out with her move. Moving is so stressful and this team takes all that stress away. I will always recommend Tony to anyone who needs a mover! Thank you again!! Previously... I have used Tony and his team before and they have always done an outstanding job. They moved me again this past weekend and did another awesome job. Tony is right on top of everything. His guys are so professional, efficient and fast. I have had nightmare movers before so I know that horror. I highly recommended Independent Moving and Storage. They won't disappoint!”

“So far, my experience with The Storage Center has been wonderful. From the minute I spoke with Pam and explained my situation, she couldn't have been more comforting, reassuring, and said she would take care of everything and not to worry, and I felt better immediately.... and she did!!! She insured I had the right size air conditioned unit waiting for the movers to drop off all my belongings.. everything was taken care of in advance and I didn't even have to follow the movers up to the storage unit, which would have been an hour drive up and then turn around and do an hour drive back... Thank you to Pam for all your help!!!!”

“I can’t say enough great things about Hoffman’s Mini Storage! I used their services for 2 years, and it was an absolutely seamless experience from start to finish. Joann was incredible — always responsive, accommodating, and genuinely caring. She consistently answered my calls and texts promptly, which made managing my storage so easy even from a distance. The cherry on top was when I decided to hire movers to transport my belongings from Florida to Virginia. With barely an hour’s notice, Joann personally went above and beyond — packing up all my loose items into boxes and meeting the movers herself. She was on standby the entire time, making sure everything went smoothly. It’s rare to find that kind of dedication and flexibility these days. I’m beyond grateful for her help and highly recommend Hoffman’s Mini Storage to anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and customer-focused storage facility!”
