I was visiting Florida for my BFF wedding and reception. This was the only store close by that was not only open, but had exactly what we wanted to tip off the rest of the even poolside after the reception. They even had something I had never seen before. Too bad I couldn't take more than two on the plane with me to bring back home lol

One of my pleasures in life is a good single malt scotch. When traveling, I visit local liquor stores to find something new. On this occasion, we met Issal. Issal's father & uncle owns this establishment. There have only been a few times that I have spoken with someone with a deep knowledge and appreciation of fine distilleries. It was a joy visiting Top Deck. I would like to thank Issal for her welcoming conversation and great hospitality. This will become one of my regular places to purchase finr liquor.

After shopping at Southgate, I decided to grab a little something for my significant other and myself, to enjoy and relax to the end of the weekend. When I tried to pay at the register, my car was declined (thought it was strange seeing that I was paid Friday, and today was Sunday, April 30th.) I just shrugged it off to that I will have to call my bank after the transaction. I then decided to use my partners debit card. When that card did not work, I had an inkling that something may be wrong with the machine (my partner actually got paid today.) I mentioned something about the machine, but even before I could finish, my comment was rejected with a, "There is nothing wrong with my machine. You cards are the problem." He then asked quickly if I had aby other forms of payment. When I said no, he just waved his hand and stated, "Then I cannot help you!" When I was sitting in my car, still in the parking looking up another store, I noticed the woman behind me came up empty hand too....Well, went to the one just North of this one on US HWY 19. First card, first attempt, worked perfectly fine.
