Hector and Taylor were awesome! I had a 0830 appointment for which I arrived at 0800. I was called back at 0814 and I was very comfortable because of the 2 techs. I was walking out complete by 0827. I could not be happier with the treatment and facility!

The staff lady was very nice with me. But the person who did my test never reapplied to my conversation. He did the test and showed me the way out.

I love this facility! I had a great experience today that I must share. I had a mammogram today and forgot my script...not recommended. Meredith was so patient in receiving it and always with a smile. Christie did my exam and it was the easiest exam I experienced. She was so gentle and professional. I recommend this place for all imaging!

What a friendly staff at TGH imaging Trinity, from the front office , to miss Vicky the diagnostic mammogram tech, to the ultrasound tech 💜, you guys are angels, 🙏they made me feel at ease and so comfortable. Couldn't be happier! Will definitely be going there every year for my mammograms.

I usually go to Brandon or Tampa, but I was overdue on my annual exam, so I came here.
For privacy reasons I don't wanna go into details. I will say I was given education I was never given at other locations, and my results were on my chart a lot quicker. Previous places I waited weeks/month and had to reach out about why they weren't posted.
I'd drive an hour to come back here next year.

We came from Florida Joint Care for an xray because theirs was broken. Rude front desk staff from the moment we walked in!!! Explained we were referred here for the xray and have an appt over there after. The first thing she said was We don’t take your insurance. I asked how much self pay was and she told me $80. Then when my husband went up they told him $90. They were very rude to all patients in the waiting room. The waiting room Was packed!! One woman waited one hour and then they told her she had to reschedule. The front desk person said she was all by herself. Then about 8:20 someone else came in with her Chick Fil A bag and she was just as rude as the other person. Another patients wanted to ask a question and they just about bit her head off. SO unprofessional!!

They let you make appointments for xrays and send you forms to complete. After checking in and waiting 2 hours (so far) I went to the front desk to check our appointment status. It was then that they told me even though we scheduled an appointment, they don't honor them as they are done on a walk in basis. They shouldn't give the option to schedule if they don't actually honor the appointment time.

I have been trying to make a biopsy appointment since Friday. Have left messages, been on hold about 40 minutes each time I have called. I have had no luck. I need to find somewhere else to go, need a biopsy ASAP!

Went in this morning at 10:00 for a CT Urogram with contrast. The technician was training an assistant and had her start a pick line in one of my good sized veins. She even commented on their easy accessibility (just like all others that had to get in). I'm used to a little prick, but this was excruciating until the tech intervened and secured it. After that, I pretty much felt like a guinea pig. When it was all done and the pick was pulled out and bandaged I saw that the cotton ball was soaked with blood and running down my arm, it was downplayed by the student. Never saw the tech again until I was walking out. He sat behind the glass on his phone. Never again. MINUS two stars.

Considering these people are supposed to be medical professionals, I'd be concerned had they provided any services to me. Every TGH Imaging center I have been to is a disorganized mess. After receiving numerous texts regarding my appointment, I arrived to find it had been resceduled for 3 hours earlier. No notice, the tech decided to take the day off.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after multiple frustrating experiences at this imaging facility, I feel compelled to speak up this time. I’ve had to come here every six months for the past year and a half, so I’m unfortunately familiar with the level of service.
With the exception of one very kind and professional mammogram tech I saw during my very first visit, most of the staff are consistently cold, inattentive, and unfriendly. The front desk staff often have an attitude and seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves than with assisting patients. Wait times are always excessive (over an hour seems to be the norm) and there’s never an apology or explanation given.
On my most recent visit, it was the worst yet. I arrived early, at 12:30 PM as instructed for my 1:00 PM appointment. I was told to write my name on a check in sheet and to have a seat. Then I waited. And waited. For over two hours. I finally went back to the front desk to ask if my appointment was still happening, only to find that I had somehow been “scratched off” the list—completely forgotten. The staff asked me several questions in a confused and accusatory tone: “Did you check in? Who checked you in? Did you fill out the iPad?” (There was no iPad ever offered to me.) It felt like they were blaming me for their oversight.
During all that time, other patients had came and went, and for at least 30 minutes I was nearly the only person in the lobby. I was in full view of the front desk staff the entire time, and not once did anyone check on me or ask why I was still waiting.
This facility has consistently delivered the worst customer service I’ve experienced in any medical setting. It’s clear the staff lack proper training and accountability. Patients coming in for imaging (especially something as sensitive and nerve-wracking as breast exams) deserve better care, compassion, and professionalism. Until there are major improvements, I would not recommend this location to anyone.
