The business is run by a knowledgeable and capable husband-and-wife team who provide an exceptional experience. They perform amazing work at reasonable prices, handling everything from simple repairs to very custom jewelry. Customers feel valued from the moment they walk in. The jewelers are kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They listen carefully to what customers want, explain work thoroughly, and take great care with items, especially meaningful family pieces. They are passionate about their craft and demonstrate a high level of creativity, often fixing other jewelers' subpar work. The outcome is consistently excellent, with repairs so perfect you would never know an item had been damaged. The experience at Trinity Jewelers is what corporate jewelers advertise but do not deliver. They are highly recommended, with many customers stating they are customers for life and that you should not trust your jewelry with anyone else.
I had to have my wedding ring cut off in the ER. It was cut in 3 pieces. Michael was able to repair my ring so well you'd never know it had been damaged. Amazing work and such friendly people to work with. Definitely recommend!
