Nancy is a great nail tech/artist!! I brought in a photo of what I wanted and she delivered perfectly! Very friendly and talented, fair pricing. Won’t go to anyone else!

They have always done a great job on my manicures and pedicures. The prices are reasonable and you usually don't have to wait. It's best to make an appointment if possible, but even without one they will try to work you in. I highly recommend this salon.

The salon does not sanitize their tools and uses worn out nail files/emery boards. They actually cut me on my toes with pedicure. The nail technician could not cut cuticles properly. I was wondering why the mani pedi was so cheap. You get what you pay for. I would not recommend.

Made an appointment at this place for 3 people for pedicures 2 days in advance and ended up waiting almost an hour in a spa chair due to lack of staffing. Unfortunately, I will not be coming here anymore. My time is valuable too.

This is the 2nd time I have had a powder dip manicure, since I got back in town. I had Nancy in Feb. and really like the job she did. So now I will always request her. She did my nails today and I am very pleased. She is a very nice person, which means a lot to me, because not everyone is. I need a pedi and will have her do it also. I give her a A+!!!!!!

I am absolutely appalled by my recent experience at Turbo Nails. After being a loyal customer for 5 years, I was treated with utter disrespect. When I answered a quick phone call from my daughter during my appointment, the owner exploded in anger, yelled at me, cursed, and even physically got in my face. When I tried to leave, the nail tech grabbed my hand and refused to let me go. She later confided that this type of behavior from the owner is not uncommon and happens to other clients as well. To be treated this way after supporting this business for so long is heartbreaking. I was not only disrespected but kicked out of the salon for no reason. I will never return, and neither will my husband or mother-in-law. I advise anyone considering this salon to think twice before enduring such mistreatment.

When I started trying this place out, it is a pretty clean, looking nail salon in a convenient and nice area.
I had a really horrible customer service experience with the stylist, however. She was incredibly rude to me after putting me in the chair, Then asking me if she could go eat her lunch. I was in a rush and had dinner plans. I asked her if someone else could do my nails. She glared at me and sat down and proceeded to do my nails while making me incredibly uncomfortable the whole time.
I ended up going back several months later out of convenience, and unfortunately got sat with the same woman. This time I found out her name and it was Nancy. If I had known her name, I would’ve made sure to not end up with Nancy!!
Once again, she was incredibly rude and made me very uncomfortable. After this, I would call ahead of time and find out who was available to get my nails done so I would never end up with Nancy again.
I continued to visit the salon with better experiences after that. I did not see Nancy there, so maybe she left and went elsewhere. (Hope, hope)
Today I went and had a full set with gel. I will not name the stylist, but she did tear up the side of my fingers and I was cut where I was bleeding. The nails came out looking OK at the end, it was very basic nothing crazy.
When I went to checkout at the end, The set was pretty expensive and more than I had expected. I’m guessing they raised their prices in the new year? It was $50 when I was used to it being either 40 at my other location, or $45.
I tipped her what I had remaining on my gift card balance, which was six dollars. She looked at the slip as I handed it back to her and announced what is this?!! This looks like a six! I said yes thank you. She looked frustrated and angry. The other lady is standing next to her, also gave me a dirty look and made me uncomfortable as well. It was extremely awkward. NO one is allowed to tell you how much you HAVE to tip!!!! After this last experience, I have decided I am DONE w/Turbo Nails. (Good riddance)
