Swung by today to get moving boxes and supplies and the woman was so helpful and sweet. She even helped me carry the items to the car. If you’re moving, they have everything! I’ll be back as I didn’t get enough boxes 😁

I showed up to this location without a reservation, since I could not get the keys to a truck at the Odessa location. The customer representative was helpful and very attentive. Despite being alone and very busy, she was able to correct my order and issue us a new truck. This is the second time we have used this location and the service is always fantastic.

Amazing service! Moving is never fun and such a chore. Reserved the truck on line and picked it up without any issues. Ended up needing the truck an extra day and just called the office and they were very kind and worked with us and was able to return it a day late. Truck was clean, had a full tank of gas, and the whole process other than the actual move was cake! Definitely recommend this U-Hal dealer.

My experience was very smooth. I paid for the truck through my phone in the morning and picked up the truck later that afternoon. The whole buying process was very easy and well laid out. They made sure the truck and the keys were ready to go. The instructions for how to pick up the truck and keys and how to drop them off were very easy to follow. I'm not sure why so many people are complainingIn summary, great, fast, and easy service. If you can follow directions, your moving process will be stress free.

I will never pick up at this place in Trinity ever again.1. The blonde lady clerk that was giving us the keys made me fix my parking WHEN THERE WAS NO ONE THERE parked at 9 in the morning2. She told us that twice that we are ruining her morning and that adding a “driver” to my reservation was going to take forever and kept complaining how we are holding up her morning because some truck was there at her storage unit. And it took 5 MINUTES AND SHE GAVE US NOTHING BUT ATTITUDE.3. She gave me the wrong truck, I reserved at 10 foot and she gave me a 15. The truck WAS NOT CLEANED and trash was in the driver seat.4. She disrespected my company that was there with me picking up the truck telling my brother and my boyfriend to sit down because they are making her nervous. Please let this lady go. The amount of disrespect is outrageous. Maybe if I was in my 50s she would have been nicer but since I was young and so was my company she was being the upmost worst person to deal with.
