I had a great experience a few days ago thanks to Crystal! She greeted me so warmly as soon as I walked in and provided excellent customer service the entire time. She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help me. It really made a difference and left a great impression.

5 stars for DEI, 1 star for common sense customer service.
They wouldn't let me DEPOSIT a check made out to me and my son without him being there to show his ID, he signed it but he wasn't there.
I have had a couple of accounts here over 40 years and have ran millions of dollars through their bank-problem free!
They think I am stealing the money from my son?
I am laundering money, or I am a terrorist?...😳

I tried to cash out a check today and I didn’t get the tellers name ,but it was a woman in her 40’s blonde hair wearing a pinkish long sleeve. After I had already sent my identification card along with my Bank debit card, she continues to interrogate me and the whole situation was very hostile. She asked me for my phone number and to send a code to my phone, I’ve never had this happen to me before while trying to cash out a check and I felt as if I was targeted because I am young and indigenous. She was also smirking the whole time she was doing this which is very uncomfortable and hostile, I would not recommend coming here & I usually don’t even write bad reviews but I believe the owner should know about this.

Was scammed on zelle when trying to rent a house. The only reason my wife and I downloaded zelle and used it was because we saw it on Wells Fargo and thought it was trustworthy. They refused to help us out.

If I could give this a -100 I would. Avoid this place at all costs if you are a young person. I came here to deposit a check and the teller Nancy was highly unprofessional. She kept me waiting for 45 minutes after getting approval from one of my clients that a check was cleared for cashing. Amongst the wait time, she then thought it would be a good idea to question my business practices which had nothing to do with the check being deposited, that is information solely between me and my client. After arguing with her for a few minutes the manager then stepped in and stated they didn’t need to know it, but continued to state Nancy is correct. They saw me as a young person getting a large amount of cash and decided to give me a hard time for no reason. I’m sorry that you guys are 50+ and still haven’t touched the amount of money I deposited but please don’t practice Ageism and let me get on with my day.

10 AM and Only one teller to help 4 people, when ask to see a banker the manager said we can make appointments. I said I would wait, their was nobody in the lobby. Felt like they were rushing me out the door. Every time I come to this branch I very disappointed with their customer service. Only wait 5 min before banker was available. Not sure why they didn’t want to serve me?

I called this branch this morning to make an appointment for a debit card. The card was for my son. The staff was accommodating and friendly, and they got us right in. When we arrived, we met with Georgette. She was extremely helpful and pleasant. The process was quick, and she made it an enjoyable experience. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Fantastic branch. I’ve been inside a few times, but today was the best. Needed some creative help and the two woman were wonderful! I wish I had their names… thank you for all your help with zelle!
