Was scammed on zelle when trying to rent a house. The only reason my wife and I downloaded zelle and used it was because we saw it on Wells Fargo and thought it was trustworthy. They refused to help us out.

If I could give this a -100 I would. Avoid this place at all costs if you are a young person. I came here to deposit a check and the teller Nancy was highly unprofessional. She kept me waiting for 45 minutes after getting approval from one of my clients that a check was cleared for cashing. Amongst the wait time, she then thought it would be a good idea to question my business practices which had nothing to do with the check being deposited, that is information solely between me and my client. After arguing with her for a few minutes the manager then stepped in and stated they didn’t need to know it, but continued to state Nancy is correct. They saw me as a young person getting a large amount of cash and decided to give me a hard time for no reason. I’m sorry that you guys are 50+ and still haven’t touched the amount of money I deposited but please don’t practice Ageism and let me get on with my day.

10 AM and Only one teller to help 4 people, when ask to see a banker the manager said we can make appointments. I said I would wait, their was nobody in the lobby. Felt like they were rushing me out the door. Every time I come to this branch I very disappointed with their customer service. Only wait 5 min before banker was available. Not sure why they didn’t want to serve me?

I called this branch this morning to make an appointment for a debit card. The card was for my son. The staff was accommodating and friendly, and they got us right in. When we arrived, we met with Georgette. She was extremely helpful and pleasant. The process was quick, and she made it an enjoyable experience. THANK YOU!!!!!!

I tried calling this branch for 45 minutes on Jan. 14, 2022. No one picked up so I went in person. I needed a representative who would help me solve a checking problem. No sign -in sheet or greeting person. Saw another customer waiting so I sat down. Before I sat down a representative looked up saw me sit down and still did not say a word. I sat down and heard the representative talking about nonbank conversation to his friend. It was was rude and nonprofessional. I got up and saw another representative working on his computer with no customer at his desk. He said he could not help he had a customer coming in for an appointment. I have only been with Wells Fargo one year, I am hoping that it is just this branch that is this bad.
