Stay far away from this company. What they did to us at Arvada was sad and how they treated their staff. Four days notice of closing and people never got their money back. They send you to Peak Payment to get paid back and that company is just as bad and crooked. This could happen to you at their other gyms. I have heard that some clients are looking at legal action. We moved to 24 hour Fitness and we are very happy.

Not sure about the bad reviews but this gym is great. It's nice and big, clean, staff is so friendly and, it's affordable. I definitely recommend this place.

Been a member of gyms for decades and this is one of the best around. Always super clean, great staff and Kathy goes above an beyond to make your gym experience a positive one. They value their members so yes, it’s worth having to pay a yearly maintenance fee. I live in North Carolina and work in Florida for a week a month… kept my gym membership that should tell you something.

Been coming here for over a year, staff is friendly, for a good amount of equipment, and it's not overly packed like other gyms in the area. Price is also reasonable.

On 4/27/22 a week after joining, I was locked out of Zone Fitness during posted hours. On June 8th 2022, after 10pm, there was a young 5-6 year old little girl BAREFOOT in the gym running around unattended. On 9/7/22 I was accosted by gym employee for merely asking to turn on the fan overhead. I called the owner Tim Forrest on 9/8 and explained what happened. Told him I needed to be assured I'd have a safe space to work out, especially since I had health challenges. He apologized & stated he would make sure it didn't happen again. Returned to gym on 9/13 AGAIN I was harassed & intimidated by the same female employee. Clearly, she was emboldened to treat me even worse since there are no consequences for Angry Employees at Zone Fitness. When I left, I texted Mr. Forrest to report how I was treated. I repeatedly asked him to review his security footage (as I had the first time I contacted him) to confirm this SAME employee's behavior. His reply the next day was he investigated & addressed claims and his club is a safe place. On September 16th I sent a certified letter requesting a FULL refund for annual membership that I prepaid. I included a screenshot of my phone call to gym the night I was locked out, an actual photo of the very young girl BAREFOOT unaccompanied in the gym and a detailed account of our communications. Mr. Forrest breached the contract and most importantly, could not provide a SAFE SPACE to work out in his gym. There was never acknowledgement of any wrong doing by this same week night Female Employee who was working on all 4 occasions described above. I did not receive a refund as requested. He refuses to address the video footage of his Feral Female employee aggressively came at me into my personal space multiple times while working out on machines. I have filed a Complaint with State of Florida & BBB in attempt to get a full refund. I can only assume this Errant Employee is a family member, friend of the family or member of an associates family. There is no other explanation for any business to allow this grossly negligent behavior. The owner, Mr. Tim Forrest, is severely lacking in Business Acumen and is leaving himself open for Liability due to his lack of Ethical Behavior.

be careful about signing an agreement. There is a $53.49 annual renewal fee even if you are on month to month. it's very hard to get out of even the month to month. They are not open 24 / 7 like Planet Fitness is.

Wow, is all i can say. I was considering joining this gym, but based on all the negative reviews, will not do so. Glad people are honest about their experiences and there is a platform for people to leave their comments.

It's my favorite gym. The staff is awesome and the equipment is always in good repair. Very clean, with locker rooms and showers

Great gym, not too busy like some of the bigger chain gyms. I’ve been going for about 4 months, training with Connor every few weeks. Highly recommend working with him, he is very knowledgeable, personable and great energy.

Good gym. Connor is a great personal trainer, best I've ever worked out with. Great for losing weight or especially for trying to get stronger / bigger.

It's clean and hours are great. Would give it 5 stars if the young girl with dark hair worn in high bun that works nights wasn't so rude and unwelcoming. The few times I have asked a question she begins with I'm busy cleaning and I'm here alone. Management needs to rethink having such a clearly miserable, unhappy person as the face of their business.*** I think you wrote alot but are missing the point. If this only happened once I wouldn't feel the need to write this review. This is a regular ongoing situation. Keeping a workplace clean & an employee complaining about her work situation to customers are 2 separate issues. Customers just want to feel welcome and be treated with respect. This is not happening on her shift.
