Impatient staff on the phone. Why have multiple windows closed when picking up meds and the line is very long and only have 1 window open. Ridiculous!!The 325th Medical Group has really gone down since the hurricane.

You have to be patient,because you're not the only one!I think they work as hard and fast as possible! We need to be grateful because so people are struggling for medicine and don't even havehealth insurance!
