Greeted throughout the store. The manager Brian was very professional and went above and beyond. You could tell they care about the customer by the way they welcomed locals by name. Well done Brian.

Amazing customer service every time I walk in the door. They always make you feel welcome and are eager to help if you need be. I always go there when I need something. It sure beats being ignored at the big box chains and the employees are always knowledgeable.

My mother, has purchased bird seed and peanuts at the Umatilla store for quite sometime. We went today to make a purchased she was treated badly, cashier was rude and when she ask about raw peanuts a man with a accent was also very rude. Out of products???? They treated her so bad she will never set foot in the store again. Loss a great customer.

An associate greeted me and assisted me to the product I needed and asked me if I needed anything else and we walked to the front to check out and talked about the store that's the kind of service you don't get everywhere.

Wonderful Carter’s Ace Hardware store. Great staff along working with Chuck, DeeAnn and April-Ann. Really liked the seasoning selections for meats.
