Opened a new account here. Wow, was Sasha helpful! She even called Social Security for me to move my direct deposits, a big relief. Everyone there was very friendly, even the customers. Sasha was very efficient, helpful and friendly. I look forward to a long term relationship with this branch!

This is the worst banking experience I've ever had. The ladies that work here are so unprofessional and rude. I do not recommend this kind of service for anyone. They let another customer of the bank influence this kind of unprofessional behavior. Me and the other customer are in a legal dispute so I am treated very rudely when I went there yesterday. This is the second time it has happened. Yesterday in the drive thru when they recognized me all of the tellers at the drive-thru window left immediately so I sat there patiently then my friend that was driving called to get their attention four or five times using the call button and talking finally when the woman came to the window she got on the microphone with a very impatient snap of her voice and asked what do you want? I have a bank account there I wanted to deposit my check I asked how long it would be until I would have access to the money I've deposited many checks here and now all of a sudden for something simple it's a seven-day hold? I'm a customer of this bank I should be able to get service. But that's not the case. Very disappointed in the level of professionalism and courtesy shown by the employees here. So this is how they treat customers so beware they are not above being vengeful and playing around with something so serious as somebody's money especially when they have three little kids to feed I'm just saying I think you guys could have done better that. They were all very nice and polite before this happened.

This bank offers the lowest level of customer service in a bank I have ever seen. They won't call you back, theyre only concerned with defending themselves and they're dishonest.

Counter service in the Umatilla branch is excellent - we bring in a lot of cash that needs counting for deposit and it always takes more than one cashier and there is never any complaint from them. I spend quite a while in the branch whilst they are doing this and the staff always seem helpful to everyone that comes in.

I will personally never bank with United Southern ever again. I was recently in a scam with Cashapp and had my bank card linked to Cashapp. United Southern couldn't do anything even tho i wasn't the one that made the transaction. i texted United Southern bank back after receiving a text on my phone asking if i made a transaction for like $500 that i didn't authorize with my bank card. I never had problems with this bank up until the scam. Not a secure bank to be with.

One of the worst banks I've ever seen they take 4 days to process a check because they manually input it when you take photos of it doing online banking the worst process I've ever seen a bank pull in 20 years

Well let me make this simple, I’ve been banking as a small business for 45 years. No one and I mean NO ONE can come close to the needs and the services of small business and even so my personal banking. From business banking staff to the drive through tellers the USB staff sets the bar above all. It’s that simple, 5 stars is not enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 stars from me.

The personnel are super as is everything else. They should fire all their internet people. There is and has been an ongoing problem with accessing accounts online. Why ??? I know I have always used saved coordinates that are correct. People do like to study their accounts on weekend. Customers of your website deserve better. If I can convince my husband to switch banks I will do so. Love all your people except for the internet idiots.

This is truly a bank where you feel like family and not just a number! Love the staff at every location! They made sure I got a very important check into my bank account despite my mistake of giving the wrong account number to someone. Thank you
