We have had this insurance for years. The agents at the Cari Fallen agency are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Any question or concern we have had they are always there to address. I would recommend this office to friends, family and strangers! Top notch!

I have worked with Cari Fallen’s State Farm for about a year and a half, and I have had a great experience so far! I have been with State Farm for awhile now. I have always had exceptional service from my agent Karen. Things always get done in a timely manner and I couldn’t be happier. We had a no fault accident which totaled our car a couple of years ago and the process from start to finish was amazingly smooth. All the agents were very friendly. We also have rental insurance. I like that we can pick the day to have our payment taken out of the bank.

Cari Fallen State Farm has been a great insurance agency to work with. I have gotten the best prices from them after much comparison quoting. In particular, Nancy Mirabal (who works at this agency) has been BY FAR the BEST insurance agent I have ever worked with in my lifetime. She is very responsive to calls/emails and puts in extra effort to get me the best price, work through issues, and help in a variety of ways. Nancy is always friendly, pleasant, and accommodating.
