Naglaa was just lovely, she greeted me at the door and helped me make photo copies . I had no idea what it's was doing, thank goodness she did, she was very helpful and I am very grateful.

I called the pharmacy looking for a unique vaccine. It went to voicemail, I left a message, and they promptly called back in 50 minutes. The pharmacist was pleasant and had what I was looking for.

Jose always has a smile on his face and has excellent customer service. He always listens to the customers and is helpful. Every time I go to the store, I witness his excellent service. Today he was able to help me out with an issue I was having with a product. I wish every store clerk had his great attitude and kindness. If you’ve read any negative reviews on Google they have nothing to do with the store clerks that work in the front of the store. Everyone of them are nice, but Jose is just exceptional.

Went to this CVS on University Pkwy @ 505pm Sunday May 26 to pick up my prescription. Didn't realize that closed at 500pm on Sunday. My bad. But the pharmacist with grey/dark hair was just finishing with a customer. A guy picking up cash came and I think presumed the pharmacist was going to wait on me. Nope he - the pharmacist - just looked at the guy and "you picking this up" and pulled a plug on either the register or cc machine. He looked at me a rudely said "we're closed". Not sorry we're closed just "we're closed". Guy never smiles and looks like he hates his job. But today he particularly angry. I love this CVS but this guy is ignorant and rude.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. First of all very loud and there is no privacy.
Pharmacist did not identify himself ergo I had to ask who he was.
His name is Ryan- rude, impatient and condescending would be the nicest way I could describe him.
Made stupid suggestions like having a glass of wine instead of discussing the medication I had asked him about. Who does that?
And talk- he never stopped nor did he listen.
His entire demeanour was unprofessional and his tone was obnoxious.
I realize drug laws are different in the US compared to Canada but when I asked him about a specific drug he made me feel as if just asking him was bothering him - then I received a long lecture loudly in front of other workers/clients meaning everyone could hear. I was embarrassed after I was already nervous/unsure. Then I received a lecturing tone of it being a controlled substance etc. He was indeed unkind and not helpful whatsoever.
Do not ever deal with this guy.
Mean, unkind, impatient, rude, lazy and a non-stop talker.
I see that other people feel this way too via their reviews.

If I could give no stars to this pharmacy, I definitely would. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for the past eight years, never had an issue. Now a new pharmacy tech, “Carrington” began working here, and this place has turned to ****. When the pharmacy tech Kevin worked here this pharmacy was the best.. He would accommodate you in the very best way and help you figure out any issues or concerns and help you figure out a solution. My son who NEEDS his medication and HAS to take it every single day has ran out and now because nobody had the decency to make me aware that there is a shortage, now we are just **** out of luck. Apparently they’ve been out of his medication for who knows how long and never picked up the phone to let me know so I could figure something out in advance. I called and was on hold for over 45 minutes just for Carrington to tell me there’s nothing she can do.. she literally told me to get a paper prescription and physically go to every pharmacy around until I find one that has the medicine my son needs, like are you serious, SMH.. Since Kevin leaving, this place has went downhill dramatically. I highly recommend choosing a different pharmacy as long as this woman is managing the pharmacy here.
