Kenny in plumbing was amazing. I’ve had bad luck with other customer service reps but he made my day. I ordered a toilet tank online. It came with missing parts. I was frustrated. I came in to get the part and he was so helpful.

Thank you Greg in electronics. I appreciate your patience and kindness today. I walked into someone being super rude and Kenny in plumbing was so nice and helpful and took me over to your department. You ultimately helped me select the correct air purifier for my home. I am dealing with some serious air quality issues. I’m already feeling a lot better since tuning on the product I ultimately bought. (Ignore my supplies in the background.) I feel better because of your help that my kids are breathing in better air.

I ordered my grill from here because it had free assembly included. First their app wouldn’t work for curbside so I went inside and stood there for 20 minutes while they tried to find my grill but turns out somebody clicked ready for pick never even put the grill together so instead of making it right I was just offered an unassembled grill and told “it’s been one of those days” like ok? My days are long to that doesn’t mean is suffers at the customers expense. Ridiculous I should of just ordered from academy sports

You never have to HUNT for a sales rep to help you!
I want to give a BIG shout out to Joe and Kim in the kitchen department for all the advice and help they gave me to design my dream kitchen!!!! Their guidance really helped me design a, not only better looking and, better kitchen for me, but also saved me some money. Patient, listened, explained, great attitude, worked with me. Joe and Kim are fabulous!!!!

Beware of service. I paid for installation for all appliances, they didn’t want to connect 3 out 4 installations that were paid for. Unacceptable!!!
If I could give them no rating I would do so, now I have to ask for my refund that will take who knows how long to get back.
