Basically I just started looking and we were greeted by this very pleasant salesperson named Sam. He explained the different mattresses and showed each one, carrying a pillow for me so I could test them. He was very helpful and described each type in detail. There was no pressure, he was just very patient and explained things very well. I would purchase here again.

It was a great experience shopping for a mattress at Mattress Firm University Park. Tommy was fantastic! He helped me narrow down my best possible options by using Mattress Firm technology and lots of his own personal experience. With Tommy's help, I was able to distinguish between mattresses, and pick the most comfortable one for me. Tommy was pleasant, not pushy and he listened to everything I said.

Tommy helped us today. He educated us about zero gravity sleeping on a power adjustable mattress. Tommy explained how sleeping on his adjustable mattress has taken away his aches, pains. Peter understood our requirements and provided us with great options to select from. Pricing is listed on each mattress and the sales are deep. The Value Section of the store also has a wide variety of quality merchandise to select from. Delivery lead times are short. In my case, the mattress was in stock at the warehouse so I only had to wait 24-hrs. Peter was very thorough, polite, and has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend the UTC Store and Peter.
